Hello my engineers in the house, I have an infinix note 3 which went off and refused to on even when plugged to charger, this occurred a week after my warranty expired. I still went ahead to CarlCare only for the desk attendant to look at my phone and she asked me the problem and i told her,babe did not take the phone to any engineer, she simply went through her desktop and to me my bill is 30k because the panel will be changed,imagine a phone I used for only a year and one week.. I tried to maintain my warranty stand but the rude babe told me its expired... Am left wondering if she has a sort of eye scanner or something.... Please my engineers what do you suggest I do. I don't want to abandon the phone it's still looking new.
