Was not saying its the same. I just want you to understand that your assumption is wrong. That a B.Ed holder cant lecture in the Faculty of Science is far from the truth. A senior lecturer in ma dept is a living testimony. PS: I hold a B.Sc and M.Sc (mathematics) from a fed university.
Bros on this subject matter check page 93 scroll down u will see my write up. I wasn't the one that said B'ed don't lectures. Just saying u guys should free the topic

When we have illiterates as ur vulcanizers. What else do u expect? Someone who could not merge numbers together in school, how will he now be able to knw the actual figures to blow into a tire. May God help us. In USA, no matter any job/profession you want to go into, you have to enrol in a professional school before you start. Even to be a barber you must enrol for barbing professional training which comes with certificate.
Who is more of an illiterate, the car owner who doesn't know the fundamentals about his car. Just like saying the petrol attendants should know the number of litres of PMS ur vehicle tank can take. A lot of people don't even who how many KG of luggages their car can conveniently carry with the recommended number of passengers.

Copied this so that guys on dis whatsapp ish will cool down abeg.

If the guys at the just concluded Nigerian Navy DSSC recruitment thread had created a whatsapp group for "easy communication", would we have had access to the indispensable information revealed on that thread? A particular Nairalander who happened to be a major contributor on the thread is an officer with the Nigerian Navy. Do you think he would want to be a member of a whatsapp group that would expose his privacy?

You guys dont seem to understand the usefulness and purpose of these recruitment threads. Apart from serving the purpose of posterity where someone can refer to particular explanations, it enables other Nairalanders (even officers) to partake in discussions in a private and faceless way

Common guys! creating a whatsapp group may be lead to the death of this thread. Please lets dont do that. Those of us dropping our numbers, kindly edit it because of scammers that may begin to send you fraudulent messages
I can't disagree totally. The thread can't die as a result of people creating whatsapp group, I remembered during NYSC there's always a general thread at the beginning then once posting is out there will be sub-thread of each state of posting, once camp is over they continue in the general thread. The idea of the whatsapp group is to be able to catch up with events on ur center. Once the screening is over people will definitely revert to the thread, this is not the first. I also don't like the idea of dropping one's phone number I rather drop my secondary email address for any further discussion.

Exactly my point! I sat for the airmen/airwomen aptitude test, sincerely i didnt get my hands on any past questions.I studied my maths, english, current affairs and about the millitary and NAF.I eventually found out that d test was a piece of cake,i wouldn't get anytin less dan 45/50.
Imagine me reading this thread from page 90 to 96 without finding anytin meaningful/useful.Guys just av to stop this pastquestions of a thing, sincerely it's a mindsore.
The navy 2015 dssc thread,up till training started in march, the page was just 88.
This page is already 96 and screening av not even started.

Mimzy pls help tell d guys to chill abeg.
Well said. The NN DSSC 2015 there periods that people were asking for PQ, we eventually circulated it. The PQ has about 300 question but believe u me in the 2015 Test there just 50 questions, the questions don't even look alike and like u said even uptil now that they are over a month in the training the thread is just about page 91. One major thing I discover here is that people don't want to read up the pages they missed, were as most of their questions has been answered in the previous pages. Let's keep rolling, wishing everyone the best

Jobs/VacanciesRe: Nigerian Airforce DSSC 2016 Recruitment Out! by mikedimeji(m):
This is not to discourage anyone but just to put things in their perspectives. We all know that there's always a Nigerian factor in Everything, new management new policies.
The issues of Bsc and B'ed, pls I want to say with every sense of responsibility that they are not the same.
Bsc is not the same as B'ed am sure those that knows will agree with me.
Let me give an example, during the NN DSSC 2013 selection board we were told that some issues came up on wether or not someone with with Bsc should be screened under Education department, series of calls were made to Abuja and the conclusion was since the advert said Bsc or B'ed they should screen them that but in the subsequent Enlistment they will correct the error which they did. During the 2015 NN DSSC exercise, the instruction says for those applying under Education u must posses B'ed or Bsc with PGDE
those that apply can attest to this. At some point back then there was a circular from Ministry of Education that all Lecturers must go for their PGDE since most of them do not posses any EDUCATIONAL qualification to qualify them as a TEACHERS. are Lecturers teachers Yes they are.
Like I said earlier am Not discouraging anyone just putting things in their perspectives. I don't know what the instruction says about those applying under education but everything about life is Trial by Error. Goodluck to everyone

Just click on the download link under Airmen / Airwomen Recruitment Information.
Login with your Applicant ID and Email, you will be taken to the page where you can download all your forms/documents.

Why Airmen / Airwomen and not DSSC? Bros na so I see am o, it works. Just try it. That of DSSC download link is a dead link, it leads no where.

All the best.
Funny but that's the truth

What has being a graduate got to do with it? Are you aware you may know 10 gov school principals and none is from your state? And the form states 'your LGA chairman or secretary ' if I am from Borno and live In PH that would be a distance and maybe work doesnt permit me it would be difficult to get to my Chairman. If you were lucky enough to find someone, it is not easy for alot of people .There are so many reasons why it has proved tough for alot of people .
Especially with the stringent condition that the signee must attach his/her passport photography, photocopy of his/her international passport or driver license. Only people that are really close are ready to do that who must be from ur state. We've heard complains of how LG Chairmen/Secretary has refused to drop this items. If anyone is lucky to have done all this should thank God. Ain't easy mehn I must confess

Yes pls
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Nigerian Airforce DSSC 2016 Recruitment Out! by mikedimeji(m): 3:45pm On Apr 27, 2016
Navy's attestation form for parent was straight forward, the applicants details were imprinted on the form thereby making it straight forward no questions as to whose detail is to be filled on the form.
But like I stated earlier since this form already carries ur name and Application ID, hence the information required is that of ur parent. And like somebody analyzed, in case of any emergency this form will be referred to and necessary actions will be taking. Therefore I want to say emphatically that the form should be filled by ur parent

1. See it this way they want your parent to fill your details, at least to prove a point? That is, they know you
2. Remember in the parent attestation form beneath those details, you have where they typed applicant id then your number...
I guess that shows the above information before the applicant id is meant for the applicant..
Seriously speaking that Attestion of parent/guardian looks confusing.
I Mr/Mrs/Chief ------------------------------ parent/guardian of Mr/Miss lagbaja. (The story) then
Name:
Contact Add:
Email:
Mobile no:
Date of birth:
Applicant ID: DSSC200160***00
Sign--------- date--------- thumb print-----

Left to me the detail should be that of ur parent. Because the form already contain ur name and ur application ID.

Prospective officers in the house let take it easy. Most of you will finish your screening in the first three days, get contact info from your colleagues and go about your normal daily activities. Make sure you are there on the first day, to see and hear info by yourself and make schedule for yaself. If i am not wrong, it was only a week they gave us in the 2013 exercise. I was there for two days, dawn with my screening and travelled back home where i returned back on saturday for the test. Please dont dress too much, imagine yourself wearing suit and sitting on the floor grin grin grin grin grin grin grin grin grin grin grin grin ya colleagues will laff at u, officers will make mockry of u
Probably if ur house is a stone throw from the center. U don't expect someone who to travel from Lokoja to KD for example to return back after the screening and go back again for the test. There's little or no sense in it. It's better to either go late or look for where to put up.
