crackhaus: Seeing the amount of traffic all threads related to Goldie's demise have witnessed, I guess its fair to say we are all shocked & saddened. Too bad most of you guys were always so critical of her person & now γ'all are still rubbing faces in your own spit... Too bad, so sad...

The fact dat she was criticized doesn't mean we wanted her dead. RIP goldie.

ebamma: .And seeing the super eagles i went up into aso rock, and went i was set the footballers came to me and i opened my mouth and taught them saying
Blessed are the afcon champions for the shall be called Super eagles
2)Blessed is the coach stephen keshi for he shall be called son of God
3)blessed is that boy sunday mba for he shall be signed by real madrid
4)Blessed is that Boy Onazi for he shall see God
5)blessed is victor moses whose parents were persecuted and killed for believing in God for their son shall continue their good works

This should be considered a peom dedicated to the super eagles, not that thing I can't even get the meaning. Nice creativity though,e nor easy to get those rhymes from the brain.

Sports / Jujuman Caught In Ghana's Camp by mikeuz(m): 9:22am On Feb 11, 2013
The subject of ‘juju’ seems not to be far away from the Black Stars camp anytime they come crushing out of major tournaments ala the AFCON 2012 in Gabon and Equatorial Guinea, where then Ghana Coach, Goran Stevanovic ‘Plavi’ came out to confirm the use of ‘black magic’ by some of his charges in camp.

This time though in South Africa, it seems the ‘culprit’ was outside who managed to sneak past security to the Ghana dressing room and was on the verge of sprinkling the concoction to do the ‘damage’ when he was allegedly caught and handed over to Tony Baffoe.

Speaking on the issue, Black Stars team manager, Sabahn Quaye, who himself is no shrinking violet when it comes to matters of that nature says he believes the yet to be identified person cast a spell on the Ghana team, leading to the loss against the Burkina Faso during the semi final clash.

Former Hearts of Oak stalwart, Sabahn says he believes in the existence of juju so as he put it, “anything could have happened.”

He says investigations are ongoing but he will do his possible best to get to the bottom of the matter.

“My friend, I have been in football for so many years so such things cannot be swept under the carpet. How that intruder managed to breach past security to get into our dressing room is a mystery. I will contact Tony Baffoe myself to sort things out,” he said

Iyineda: Prayers aren't going to decide the victor in today's final, unless you guys are under the impression that "God" will favour Nigeria over Burkina Faso.
May the best team win. I believe in Keshi's Super Eagles. I just hope Moses and Emenike are fit to play...

You underestimate GOD.the team can play that we know, but we need God so that they can play to their full potential, and for luck. Remember there is something called divine providence.

Gwekzy: Its now 13 yrs ago at the National Stadium, Lagos where the rugged indomitable lions of cameroun broke so many hearts..

Its still fresh in my memory. I remember Eto'o scored first and a terrible mistake by Ikesherunmu(not sure of d spelling) gave them a two goal lead courtesy of Patrick Mboma..

At this point everyone was stunned not until Chukwu gave us hope with a well taken goal..Offcourse i ll never forget that piece of brilliance from our ever entertaining Austin Jay Jay Okocha that drew the game level at the stroke of half time...I remember me screaming my heart out..i'll never forget that Goal..

the 2nd half came and one thing still baffles me its how Aghahowa missed from a close range with just seconds remaining..Truth be told those Hulks from cameroun gave us a terrible time in extra time..although i remember papilo getting past Rigobert Song with an unbelievable piece of skill...

Then came the penalty shoot out that completely broke me..I remember papilo and Ikpeba missing from the spot.. Immediately Rigobert song scored the winning penalty kick i burst into tears..I still remember Oliseh crying like a baby and so many others..

13 years after and it still hurts me...But I know come sunday this set of Clique ll make us Proud..I really cant wait to celebrate..Burkina babes cant stop us..Super eagles till Jesus Comes

That day was terrible.I can remember having the same sad look like ikpeba when he took that penalty,it hit the inside top of the post and came out.and I felt it hit the bar ,but the replay showed otherwise.that was the day I stopped watching SE matches with passion, make I nor go die before my time.

The Story of a Nigerian Boy.
PARENTS Were Killed in Kaduna Riots of 2002.

This is the story of a young boy whose parents were murdered during 2002 riots in Kaduna. He was aged 11 years at the time. His parents, Mr Austine and Mrs Josephine Moses, were missionaries until they met their untimely death. The boy left his house to play football but returned home to see that all his parents had laboured for had been razed down and he would never see his mother and father again.

He was taken to London by his uncle almost immediately after the incident. While in London, he began deploying his football skills. Though his parents were murdered, his passion for football was never killed. He played football for his school and later for a local Tandrige League club until Crystal Palace FC approached him. From that point, his career progressed in leaps and bounds.
This player played for England's under 16, 17, 19 and 21 teams between 2005 and 2010 scoring 11 goals for England during this period. He later moved to Wigan Athletic and now he plays for Chelsea.

This footballer is called VICTOR MOSES.
His story is a touching one, We share his pains. We also share his courage. He had a choice not to step into Nigeria again but he didn't take that option. When the call to serve his fatherland came, Moses dumped England and embraced Nigeria. That is patriotism!

Today, we see a Victor Moses bringing joy to every Nigerian including those who may have inspired his parent's death... That is Love!

On Sunday, Moses would stand for the National Anthem and pledge allegiance to a country that couldn't defend his parents. That is faith!

Moses would deliver the "African Cup of Nations" trophy to Nigeria not minding what had happened in the past. That is forgiveness!

Moses rose through bitterness and despair to the limelight of hope and courage. He never gave up on his country. He persevered. That is purpose!

If someone like Victor Moses, despite the bitter past, Never gave up on Nigeria, then why should we? ONE NIGERIA, ONE LOVE!!!

NATION'S STRING

Take it away if u can play it

Play it clear, play it loud, come on play it,

Ohhhhhh! I can't hear it,

I look around and I see the land of my mother,

Ashamed to call it my mother land,

Hmmm, the latter wasn't a blunder

Deeper it slumbers,

And deep I plunder,

Confusion in high places,

Confusion in low places,

Corruption from d president,

Down to d pure water boy on d street,

One swoop into the turbulent water from d head's mouth,

Brings about ranting on d masses mouth

We are at war with ourselves,in ourselves nd by ourselves.

There is fire on the mountain and everybody is on the run

Bt nobody is subsidizing it,no one quenching it, wasteful run!

This land our own is falling apart and the centre has to hold,or else

she looses her bearing,

Uneasy lies the head that wears the crown,

Uneasy lies the HEADS without a crown.

So take this string away,I cant play it,

Cos I cant understand it,

Please tone it I pray,

Let's make hay,

Before the sun goes completely.
