Seriously the debate about GEJ and GMB has been going on for a while now,hope it ends peacefully this weekend.

GEJ might be a weak or corrupt president,whatever allegations on him I don't care, bt am forced to agree with school of thought that says he hasn't done enough.
GMB,now seem to be the hope for change,my candid opinion is that, yes Nigerians needs change but I also agree totally with the school of thought that GMB isn't the change we need.
Finally where are the other presidential candidates,did they declare to run just to fill the space or have they been bought over,Don't even know their names,definitely those ones can never rule Nigeria.

So save your VOTE till we find someone worthy,because if you vote or not,it still wont count.Nigerians need change but aren't ready for change,because I see no reason fighting ourselves on nairaland over 2 people that are not worthy to rule NIGERIA.

By all means, leave Ago. Pros -u pay one year rent advance in most houses there and move in. The flats there are classy and super. CONS- the drainage is baad. Rainy season there isnt funny. You see urself byk for short distance u wuld have trekked. Even if u are mobile, the rain passes car tires especially if u will be going to work through last bustop. The road can make apregnant woman miscarry.
If you are single and u have an suv , u can survive it but if u are married, wat of ur kids? The last time i went to ago- dec last year, i saw they were building the road, but what of the streets?

Power there is very poor too.
Cos of the drainage,sandfly is an issue there too. i have sensitive skin and it dealt with me.

Traffic to cele too bad, so ppl go through last bustop which the road is hell (as at dec last year) Ago is a NO for me.
I wll chose a one bedroom self contain in festac over a 3bedroom in ago palace way.

D house is a jst close to the police, nd d street is tarrd,d environment is decent,believe me its bin mnths searching fr a decent place at a reasonable prize around,now have found 1, am faced wit this, goshhhh

please, am still fresh in Lagos, I moved into LAgos, because the company where I work the transferred me to Lagos. getting a house in Lagos has been a nightmare, exuberant cost of renting a house, agents trying to play fast one on you etc.

I finally found 1 along Ago palace road, so please in need you advice, how is the place like during rainy season, power supply, traffic situation, etc.

Ewo,am ISOKO and I can tell you its very difficult to learn. Hav lived in the north for a year,in the west also for a year,schooled in the east,and served in akwa ibom,and from all my experiences,IBIBIO which I thought would be the hardest was the easiest to learn.
