I kinda understand that it could have led to serious issues. Every organisation prices secrecy amongst other things. If they were trying to close the recruitment and it was leaked, they would have to go back to the table and consider other things that could have been leaked (apart from this recruitment) and the future potential of leakage in the organisation. It can be a serious issue. Like how some organisations make their staff sign a non disclosure agreement.

You are correct. But it's possible she's serving in a place where she has access to that information. Furthermore, who says some people didn't apply without completing Nysc...things dey happen for this country....bio-data can simply be updated backdoor, don't rule that out.

That method is really unorthodox. But think about it if a group of people are into you how do you tell which one has the most intrest. It doesn't make sense because they could all really like you but some would put more effort. How do you measure effort or intrest. In addition there are a lot of people who aren't on nairaland or whatsapp groups who only go the portal to check for updates. That doesn't mean they want the job more than anyone else who applied.
