I still don't get why you guys are still debating this issue. IMO, anyone who is above 24 should not be falling prey to the antics of girls. The best way to handle a girl is to enjoy every single moment when you are with her but the moment she/they leave, go back to fully focusing on your future. (Possibly ignore her, never make her feel ur world revolve around her). If she starts acting like a bitch, ignore her for months and wisely invest that time in making money,furthering ur education etc. When u feel ready to talk, she would behave even if there are 20 guys dating her. Never make any girl feel important (know when to give em attention and when not to, ying yang). Else you will continue to cry on nairaland

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) says the orderliness, transparency and credibility of its Presidential primary serve as direct lesson to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and the All Progressives Congress (APC) on how elections should be conducted in present day Nigeria.

The party said that the process has shown that the electoral umpire, in its manifest compromises, has been responsible for the electoral crises at various levels of elections. It also shows that our citizens, irrespective of their individual and group interests, are capable of holding peaceful and credible elections that meet global standards.

The success of our presidential primary followed our strict adherence to democratic rules and principles of transparency and fairness, which has eluded the nation since President Muhammadu Buhari-led licentious administration assumed office. Simply put, in the PDP Presidential primary, every vote counted.

Nigerians are therefore no longer in doubt that our compromised electoral umpire, under the Buhari administration, is ostensibly culpable for injecting rancorous situations that create openings for violence, manipulations, inconclusive polls and outright rigging of elections.

We invite the whole world to note that the PDP conducted its Presidential primary and a clear winner, Atiku Abubakar, emerged, without any form of disagreements or reliance on heavy security, showing that Nigerians are peaceful, orderly and desirous of credible processes at all levels of political engagement.

The PDP therefore charges INEC to stop blaming voters, accept responsibility for its failure to conduct credible elections and learn from our presidential primary, as we approach the 2019 general elections.

Finally, the PDP restates its determination to dismantle APC's rigging machinery and return credible processes in all spheres of our national life.

The President Muhammadu Buhari Campaign Organization has reacted to the emergence of former Vice President, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar as the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, presidential candidate.

The President’s campaign team said Atiku was only able to win the primary because he bought delegates’ votes.

In a press release signed by its spokesperson, Festus Keyamo, SAN, and made available to DAILY POST on Sunday, the organization congratulated the former Vice President, and further accused him of massively buying votes.

The statement read, “We wish to congratulate His Excellency, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar on his emergence as the candidate of the PDP in respect of the forth-coming 2019 Presidential Election.

“However, we note with interest all the reports in the media as to massive vote-buying at the PDP primaries (especially with foreign currency). We contrast this with the speech of President Muhammadu Buhari in the 2014 APC Convention when he said as follows:

‘I have always served Nigeria to the best of my ability. I have always tried to give more to the nation than it has given me. This is the principle of service that has guided my public life. Thus, I am not a rich person. I can’t give you a fistful of dollars or naira to purchase your support. Even if I could, I would not do so. The fate of this nation is not up for sale.’

“There were also media reports in the 2014 APC National Convention that Alhaji Atiku Abubakar freely used the same method of massive vote-buying in foreign currency, but he came a distant third. Till date, he has not denied those media reports. The claim therefore that the process that produce him now as a candidate of the PDP was free, fair and transparent is suspect.

“It is therefore clear that going into this election the issues that will agitate the minds of Nigerians most would be centered around the credibility of the candidate of the opposition and the kind of values he brings into our politics.

Kwankwaso was tipped to be the next president of Nigeria by people in some quarters, judging by the 'growing' nunber of Supporters he has..

These Supporters only fetched him a meagre 158 votes..

He is only a few minutes into his emergence as presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) at the 2019 general election, but former Vcer President Atiku Abubakar is already setting about the business of wooing both his friends and enemies, all in a bid to bolster his arsenal ahead of the battle ahead.

While delivering his acceptance speech after he was officially declared winner of the primary with 1,532 votes to Aminu Tambuwal's 693, Atiku thanked former President Olusegun Obasanjo for picking him as his Vice President in 1999, saying without this, he could never have become the PDP presidential candidate today.

Atiku's words were clearly to woo his ex-boss, who has minced no words in saying he would never support Atiku to become President.

Only two months ago, Obasanjo had said: “How can I be on the same side with Atiku? To do what?

“If I support Atiku for anything, God will not forgive me. If I do not know, yes. But once I know, Atiku can never enjoy my support. I do not have personal grudges with anyone. If you do not do well for Nigeria, you do not do well for all of us.

“It is not a question of working with or not working with an individual,” he said. “If you are working for the good of Nigeria, I am working with you. If you are not working for the good of Nigeria it does not matter who you are I am not working with you.”

Despite having knowledge of Obasanjo's perception of him, Atiku said on Sunday while accepting to be PDP candidate: "Finally, on a personal note, I wouldn't have been standing where I am today if my former boss, President Olusegun Obasanjo, had not made me his Vice President.

"Under his tutelage, I learnt quite a lot, and I believe the experience I have got is going to impact on how I eventually govern this country. I wish to pay my personal tribute to him."

It remains to be seen if Atiku's latest charm offensive would convince Obasanjo to pipe down on his aversion to the presidential ambition of his one-time deputy.

Stick to the topic please. Nobody is saying you should go and kill every white man you meet or start hating white people. Just have some self worth. Dont feel inferior to them. If a white man wears your traditional attire dont act like it is a big achievement. I dont see them jubilating when you eat burgers and fries. I dont see them jubilating when you wear a suit. Same way I dont see them wear your agbada to their offices on normal days. In fact they dont wear them on Halloween days when the wearing of costumes is allowed. Most times they only wear it when they want something from you or they do it out of a sense of adventure.
