Please, can anyone tell us the safety rating of Innoson vehicles? Assessed by whom?

We seem to forget that all these Japanese/Korean/German/American cars we buy go through serious and rigorous safety assessments that ensure the safety of the buyers... and still many of them fail and face recalls all the time. Seatbelt, fuses, unintentional fires etc, etc.

Let us not do "YAY! Made in NIGERIA!" for it's sake. It must meet international quality and safety standards for a product to stand tall next to its international counterparts.

We all know anything from the SE is substandard but let's help their market.. Believe me Army will not use those trashes manufactured by Innoson

Religion / Re: Atiku: Tunde Bakare's Prophecy About Messiah From Adamawa In 2002 by milemimi93(m): 1:02pm On Oct 08, 2018
otherway:
Pastor Tunde Bakare sometime in 2002 prophesied that Nigeria messiah will come from Adamawa. In his words '‘Here comes Nigeria Messiah, the tender plant, the Man from Adamawa’.

After critical examination of the Nigerian situation and the seemingly never ending cries of marginalization, unemployment and low Foreign Direct Investments in Nigeria, he took the stage long before now to sound the drums of a way forward- he told all that cared to know that restructuring will be the beginning of our collective recovery, change and prosperity as a nation but only a messiah can see that, much less speak about it publicly for restructuring is not exactly a popular topic because it undermines selfish stakes but the tender plant has a ‘messiahship’ ambition.

Let me state that one doesn’t need rocket science to agree with Atiku’s restructuring call because restructuring will ensure states or regions as the case may be focused and channeled their resources into developing their own natural resources.

Can you stop for a moment and imagine what it would be like if we had 10 natural resources harnessed in commercial quantities with equivalent forex generation like crude oil does to Nigeria with comparative advantage in our favor?

If that were to happen, Nigeria would be way better for it but our over dependence in Oil will not allow our State Actors and Managers see the need. How saddening. I only thank God that some notable Nigerians are already queuing behind the tender plant from Adamawa to request for restructuring of our nation.

Having said these, you would see that Tunde Bakare may not have been wrong when he so prophesied. It is likely we have been looking for the Tender Plant in the wrong places when he has always been before our very eyes. But I think that it is important for us to go to ask Atiku Abubakar, (like John the Baptist did when his believe in the Messaiahship of Jesus waned for a little bit) ‘Are you the Messiah? Or should we expect another?

Could the Emergence of Atiku as PDP candidate bring the prophecy to pass?

Time will tell.

https://www.vanguardngr.com/2017/12/nigerias-messiah-adamawa/amp/

That prophecy might manifest after 2023 now 2019..

Instead of Atiku to rule Nigeria in 2019, let military take over power..

9Ebiscoo:
One of the grandchildren of Chief Obafemi Awolowo has revealed what the late sage said about President Muhammadu Buhari years back before he died.

Speaking exclusively to News Express shortly after she stepped down for Gbenga Olawepo Hashiru during the presidential primary of the People’s Trust Party (now renamed Alliance for People’s Trust Party) held on Saturday in Lagos, Olufunke Awolowo said her grandfather during his lifetime used to say that people came into politics for various reasons and interests but might not have what it takes to be leaders.

Commenting on the performance of the present government led by President Buhari, the vibrant new-breed politician said: “It’s is a long time I had been hearing about Buhari, so when he came back in 2014 with the Change mantra, I thought he had changed. That’s why, at a point, I personally campaigned for him because I believed it was time for change. “Someone even asked me if my late grandfather Chief Awolowo would’ve been happy to see me campaign for Buhari. I told the person that times had changed. But the past three years have shown that the man (Buhari) has not changed one bit; as far as he is concerned, nothing has changed.”

Commenting further she said: “Buhari has failed, and that has taken my mind back to what Papa said about him a long time ago before he died. My grandfather said then that General Buhari did not have a full understanding of politics and governance. With what is happening in the country now, Papa was right.”

Reminded of the claims by the government of achievements made in various sectors of the economy, the pastor cum politician said it’s all propaganda. She said: “Even President Trump for a while was almost deceived. You could see how angry the American President was with his reaction after that. Nigeria needs someone who is sincere and who means well.”

On why she stepped down for another candidate at the national convention of her party before the actual commencement of the presidential primary election, she said: “I stepped down because, in the first place, there is always the first among equals. In my party APT, for example, we had more than ten aspirants each of whom could be the president. But sometimes you have to consider certain things, as in readiness, preparedness and all that. I came to realise that I hadn’t made the level of sacrifice that my colleague (Hashiru) had made, so I had to step down for him at the last minute. But I’m willing to work with him. That is what we expected aspirants in the other political parties to have down. It’s not a do-or-die affair. When you claim to work in the interest of the people, then you must consider the people first before self, you must be ready to step down if need be.”

On the forthcoming general elections, Olufunke who is the daughter of Chief Awolowo’s late son Segun, advised the Nigerian electorate on what political party and individual candidates they cast their votes for when the time comes. “Study their manifestos very closely as well as their total package, not just empty promises as we heard during the build-up to the 2015 general elections,” she admonished.

Jimmy boy is as fake as hell. Unfortunately, he is not the only one.

The Nigerian entertainment industry is filled with fake ass people. And can you blame them? Of course not. Entertainers are viewed as wealthy people. People even go as far as exaggerating their net worth. Because of this, these celebs are always left with no other choice but to live fake lives.

Many of them are struggling financially. They only depend on their fame to get things like housing, clothing on credit. Many of them claim to have houses when in reality, they are tenants. They claim to have bought cars worth 15 million naira but in reality, it is the car of one of their Yahoo+ pals.

... It’s everywhere not just Nigerian...

Nollywood actor, Jim Iyke according to NAN was set to launch his taxi company that will begin operations in the South-Eastern states of Anambra, Imo, Enugu, Abia, and Ebonyi respectively, has been disgraced by owner of the platform.

Chief Operating Officer of the company, Mr Austin Nnaemeka who spoke at a press conference to herald the launch of the company in Awka, Anambra State on Friday night, said Jim Iyke was only contracted as a brand ambassador of the company but was relieved of his job after he started claiming ownership of the company.

“Jim Iyke is my friend, and I brought him in as a brand ambassador of the company, just like Rachael Okoli and other celebrities here but he started asking questions that were out of his scope.

“He later started looking for a way to sway us into making him a shareholder, and then started parading himself as the owner of the company. He was warned once, and again, making it two times before we relieved him of his job.

“I am using the opportunity of this press conference to state emphatically that Mr Jim Iyke is not the owner of Mr Taxi and has no contribution in the company. That is what I want to tell you today" he said.

No, going to America is not a requirement to being a Nigerian president. But won’t it be ironic that a man who bought houses in the USA finds it hard to visit that same country.

A man who has a wife based in America finds it hard to visit that country. Let’s not forget that he has children there.

He even named his university after America.

Nigerian beauty queen, Dabota Lawson whose marriage to her billionaire husband, Sunny Aku ended few years ago, has stated that it is okay not to forgive a cheating partner.

According to Dabota Lawson in her Instagram post,  being cheated on is an awful feeling, but how you handle it can have a big part in your recovery process. Read her post below;

Being cheated on is an awful feeling, but how you handle it can have a big part in your recovery process. Whether you try to rebuild the relationship or you decide to end things.

Here are some ways you can deal with the SITUATION;
1 Decide if you want to re-establish trust.

You may also need to ask yourself these questions • Is your partner truly sorry? • Has this sort of behavior happened before, or has he or she promised to not do it, and it has continued or gotten worse? • Is your partner willing to take steps to mend the relationship such as counseling. • Do you truly feel you want to trust this person again? There is no right or wrong answer for this. This is entirely up to the person who has been cheated on.

It’s also important to Understand the nature of your partner’s cheating. People cheat for many different reasons and it is not always about sex. Sometimes people cheat because they are seeking an emotional connection

Request that your partner cut off all communication with the third party.
If your partner is unwilling to cut off contact with the third party, it may be a sign that they are unwilling to stop cheating. In this case, you may not be able to repair the relationship.

Forgive on your own terms. Your partner may be extremely apologetic and desperate for you to say that you forgive them, right then and there. But true forgiveness and healing will likely take time.

Lastly , It is OK to not forgive. Cheating is a deep wound, and sometimes is fatal to a relationship. How did you deal with a cheating partner ?
