For theta, I think what Sailor1 means is that usually since theta and tfuel move together, it is expected that once theta jumps, in a few days tfuel does the same.

So if for example[b] theta moves to 8 or 10 usd,[/b] and when it was moving or before, you buy some tfuel, it is possible that tfuel must move to match theta's ratio.

Sailor1 will explain better as I might be wrong.
