Hi guys,

I am thinking of withdrawing my application as I am so tired of waiting.

My application is 13 months post-AOR.

I applied July last year 2018 and added my spouse to my application in February of this year, 2019.

File was moved from Ottawa to Accra in July 30, 2019.

Accra VO asked for ADR for proof of marriage docs, communication with my wife and proof of salary payment from employer or pay stubs.

I submitted all, and for the proof of salary I submitted salary certificate as I was paid in cash.

Now the wait is tiring and I want to withdraw my application. I am an in-Canada applicant and my work experience is from Nigeria.

Any word yet from AVO, I am in a similar situation

Good morning guys. So I had an ADR to submit and at the time I could not find any place holder on my account so I submitted via the webform, just for me to wake up this morning , checked my account and saw the placeholder with an overdue on it. So my question is what do I do. I'm trying to see if I said just go ahead and submit like that again or is the webform enough. I'm confused

Hello everyone, ...so my file had been in Ottawa for exactly 10 months (AOR Sept 21st 2018) then on the 22nd July it was transferred to Accra. This has left me extremely worried and upset. So far i have not seen a lot of people this has happened to. Normally when a file is transferred to Accra in the 1st week there is some communication to submit some document, but its been radio silent. even when i sent a mail i saw a the generic response that " its in queue for review". Another queue!!! After 10 months in Ottawa
My 1st GCMS says Eligibilty rec pass (RR Client Info) Criminalty Passed and security not started. I have also submitted 2 ADR's one for My 2nd sons birth cert/ rprf and the 2nd was Schedule A for me n my spouse( before the transfer). Abeg are there any cases similar to mine.? At this point i am just exhausted. Thanks

Medical Call: 19/12/17 despite submitting upfront I sent them mails and did redocumentation at childrens practice.
Medicals Passed: 28/12/17
Approval: 2/01/18

PhD at USASK

Hello House,

How long does it take for TRV for PhD applicants to be approved. I heard it doesn't take long? and for someone tht has been previously refused, and passed through background check and all, will it be quicker?

There are certain narrow categories that don't have to leave, among which is someone who has completed a remedial program in Canada and accepted to a full time university study. Those people can apply for a change of status in Canada.

Please throw more light on these remedial programs. By remedial programs, what programs are you referring to?

I got the email, but it quoted the wrong recipient, name there was not mine but another person selected too for my state and documents are not opening. Please look into this. I am a PhD OSS Scholarship Awardee
