Please somebody help. I am not seeing any appointment date for VI TLS center. Can I go to the office there and they can assist in helping me book?
Or can one just do a walkin without appointment?

Gen gen, you can not change it except you cancel the application and request a refund,
refund will be processed within 28 days.
You can look for another fund to pay your visa fee while you wait a refund.
Wait till Monday morning, when offices are open,you should find a date.

Yes, I declared 2 Canada visa refusals and I got my Uk study visa.

Be honest in your visa application. It is point based so you don't have to worry. Once you fulfill all requirements you'll get the visa.
I declared mine and I'm almost done with my studies.

Mine is 3 US student visa denial. You sure it won't affect anything?

Please for those that had previous visa refusal from other countries. Did you declare all during your UK visa application and was your visa granted

they didn't ask for anything so i didn't send anything.. i just got the email maybe because i have refusals from USA before.

Yes sure. After payment, you would be required to do a mandatory questionnaire then submission of statement of account, then comes the long wait
