There is need to go back to the drawing board. If a warning comes to anybody then there is need to re-examine oneself. Even the bible says We should examine ourselves whether we are (still) in the faith except we be reprobates.
It's a warning, let's forget the source through which it came. Even an ass, a donkey was used of God to speak to a Prophet when God has repeatedly warned through other means available. Mad men too speak, don't they. Only people who are bent on continuing in their ways will ignore such warning even though they know the person speaking is saying the truth. You need to uninstall some recent softwares you just installed. Or you night have 2 anti virus on the system. Try and remove them and observe any changes. It's definitely a software issue. If none worked, then i suggest you do system repair or you back up and format with Windows7. It's quit faster dan Vista.
