Back to your question, i'll keep it short and probably expand on them later on after more people weighs in on the topic..
Two major ways i control my emotions
1) Dropping the ego
2) Keeping my expectations at the lowest possible level.
One thing to note and this is from a personal observation, just the way we MGTOW's are callled "Cowards", you'll most likely be seen as a "weakling" when you master how to control your actions and emotions because you'll find yourself walking out of situations where people expect you to prove a point.

Zabiboy and DeusMagnus and others why you saw my comment on a "Thread Removal Thread" or a "Thread Banning Thread" or a "Thread Deleting Thread" was not to actually for me to get this Trp thread deleted or banned what really happend was that a certain troll "tranquility2345" commented something then i was pissed off and i was unable to delete it, so i pressed the "report button" on the certain troll, i thought merely pressing the report button would work, after some hours i came back online and i still noticed that the shit that troll (tranqulity2345) commented had not been removed, after other attempts of Google searching on how to remove someone else's comment and all to no avail all did not worked

i decided to text a Mod on the romance section and gave him my complaint so the Mod replied me later that what about a page link of the thread dat i wanted him to remove or delete so that was how i sent him this link just like the normal way redpillers textes Mods to help them remove or delete a certain troll comment or stuffsss

NOTE: what i wrote below is what i did before i finally texted the Mod cos all my Google search and help to delete it my self did not work, so the chit-chat with the Mod was what i did last or the Mod texting was my last line of defence


i was so pissed at the troll so i started Googling how to remove an offensive comment that someone wrote about me in nairaland from Google, so i was seeing people saying you cant remove what someone else commented about you only can you report the person that was how i reported the troll but the comment was not taken down or it did not work by just pressing the "report button" then i tried other means of going deeper into a certain thread of nairaland called "how to remove a thread" on google then it lead me to a thread removal thread on nairaland itself that was why you saw my comment in the " how to remove or ban a thread" on the thread removal page or thread itself

you might have seen that link and it looks like i want to ban this Trp thread, No i am not banning anything, i am not against this Trp thread if you believe me or not.

may be the way i wrote the whole thing made it look like i am against this thread
