Congrats, but please try and understand my post, i didnt say its not possible, I am saying it is very slim, the percentage of CONPASS 8 will be be ultimately lesser than the rest. At least you can check the list to confirm.

If you apply for COLNASS 8, the chances of you been given employed is slim, its only those that applied with nce, ssce or any lower qualification that are likely to be employed except you know someone big up there. My cousin did her test in ekiti and she was opportuned to meet with the Secretary to the controller of the state, the secretary told her that she should have applied with her ssce. My cousin who is a degree holder was shocked at that, when she actually asked some of the candidates, she met one or two of them who affirmed what the secretary said, these candidates are graduates like her but they had to use their ssce to apply while some with ND used that to apply.
