Iamtosin:The "Get-Ready-For-Work" is also an entry-level program. The 3PA scheme is just an avenue for earning commissions from the bank based on referrals, while the "Meet-The-Executive" program is for desiring entrepreneuers, who after presenting a comprehensive business plan could get some funding from the bank to support their businesses, if successful. Only 50 candidates will be picked in this program. The recent information update done by the applicants that took the SterlingCall test I suppose was for segregation, to determine which category (based on age, experience, degree class, and so on) each applicant falls. I strongly believe that successful candidates from the SterlingCall test, who are not older than 26, possess no experience and have a minimum of 2:1 will be taken for the "Get-Ready-For-Work", which in my opinion (and based on the information on the Sterling Career Page) is equivalent to the Graduate Trainee/Entry Level Program. |
