Hi, My AOR is April 2021 too. Initially, my VO was CIO but this month, I got a response to a webform (I raised in December) that my VO is now Accra. joselekas: I just discovered my file has been moved to Accra Visa Office from CIO Sydney through a response from Webform I raised about two weeks ago.
I don't know if I should be crying or laughing because of AVO's reputation. I have been on Twitter reading the negative comments about them.
Anyone here with an update on AVO?
Why are they not processing application?
When are they likely to start treating their backlog?
I'm April 2021 AOR.
This endless wait is tiring. |

I believe the person ought to leave the country first before applying for the PCC. It's possible for someone to fall foul of the law (after getting the PCC and) before leaving the country and so, the PCC may not show the true picture. *Other members can weigh in too* ka59: Merry Christmas all. For PCC ( police clearance certificate)
If someone has resided in a foreign country for more than 6 months the person is required to get a pcc from that country.
If the last day the person will reside in that country is like 31 December, is it ok to get a PCC like 1 week (like 26 December) before he finally departs that country or must the PCC be only on a date after he has departed the country? Thank you |

Hi, I believe the issue is from how you entered your "two or more certificates" (since there is a difference of 33 points). Please, someone should assist on how to input the "two or more certificates" when completing one's EE profile. Thank you. Orkpeohluwher: Yea, CRS gave me 474 but my express entry has a total score of 441. This is my concern, please what do you advise? |

No, I don't think you'll get bashed for your comment. That I said 'pray' does not take away the place of putting in efforts. A combination of 'efforts' and 'prayers' does no harm overlord77: Make we no dey pray for basic things we can prepare for and get done. God gave us life then lets us push ourselves to achieve. Prayers no dey change IELTS scores o, but ample preparation does .
I know am going to get bashed for this but hey! e be things, lol |

Hi, I'll suggest you learn and write french (if you want to have a bit of control over your chances), or explore PNP. As regards french, the earlier you start, the better. ...and yes, I am in the same situation. All the best! awesomeme: Good morning house and happy new year. Please i want to ask which qualification or exams will i need to write to boost my score aside French. i have a masters already and my score is below 460 still. kindly suggest, thank you |

Good evening everyone,
Please, I created a WES profile and indicated that I want my B.Sc certificate evaluated (though, I am yet to contact my school to send the certificate / transcript). Now, I want the WES team to evaluate only my Masters result. I informed WES of this and got a message that the change has been effected but it has been days and my account still shows my B.Sc certificate as being required.
Can I contact my school (post graduate) to send the Masters result? Will the result be received by WES even though the status has not changed on my profile? WES replied that it has been revised.
Thank you. |
