I pray for you this Saturday morning:
May the God who has kept you through the week breathe rest, renewal, and fresh strength into your life today. Every pressure of the past days is lifted. Every weight on your heart is eased. The peace of God will settle your mind and restore your soul.

This Saturday, favour will locate you quietly but surely. What you could not achieve by struggle will respond to grace. No confusion, no disappointment, no sudden trouble will interrupt your peace. God will order your steps even in moments of rest.

Your strength will be renewed, your joy will be restored, and your spirit will be refreshed. What God has planned for you will not be rushed, delayed, or corrupted. May your heart receive clarity, your mind receive wisdom, and your spirit receive assurance for what lies ahead.

Help will come without noise. Provision will arrive without stress. Conversations meant to bless you will happen naturally. What has been heavy all week will begin to lighten. Your destiny will realign with ease and divine timing.

THE HOLY WRESTLE: WHEN GOD REFUSES TO LET YOU LOSE.

Anchor Scripture
“I will not let you go unless you bless me.”
Genesis 32:26 (NIV)

Devotional Reflection.
There are seasons when it feels like you are wrestling with God Himself.

The pressure is real.
The delay is heavy.
The stretching is painful.
You may not even know which area of your life is under divine arrest:
ministry, marriage, job, business, finances, or that child you have prayed for until tears became language.

To you, it looks like struggle.
But heaven calls it engagement.
Because as long as God is involved…
As long as your faith is still holding on…
As long as you are still saying, “Lord, I will not let go until something shifts!”
You have entered the realm of Jacob’s holy wrestle.

Jacob wrestled all night.
Not because God hated him,
but because God refused to let him lose.

He wrestled until sweat became sacrifice.
He wrestled until pain became prophecy.
He wrestled until his hip was touched yet even broken, he held tighter.

And when night was almost over…
When strength was gone…
When it looked too late…
Heaven said, “Enough. Bless him.”

The blessing did not come early.
It came at the edge of time.

Beloved,
If you are still wrestling, you cannot lose.
If you are still praying, the matter is not closed.
If you are still insisting, heaven has not finished.

God wrestles His chosen ones not to defeat them,
but to force a blessing out of the season.

Lesson
Delay does not mean denial when God is involved.

Persistence in prayer provokes divine intervention.

God allows the wrestle because He is preparing a new identity.

The darkest hour often carries the strongest blessing.

Prayer
Father, give me strength to stay in the wrestle.
I refuse to let go in prayer, faith, praise, and obedience.

1. Psalm 46:1 – “God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.”

10. Romans 5:5 – “God’s love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us.”
Hope is not empty or fragile. God’s love fills your heart with enduring confidence. Even in trials, His presence secures hope that cannot be shaken. Let this love anchor your spirit and fuel perseverance through every season.

Beloved, hold firmly to these promises in every season of life. They are lifelines from heaven, sustaining your faith, strengthening your spirit, and guiding your steps. Speak them, meditate on them, and let them remind you that God’s power, provision, and love are always active on your behalf.

The revelation of the Word of faith is not a motivational concept; it is a spiritual technology. It is the understanding that God’s Word, when believed in the heart and spoken with conviction, becomes creative power in the mouth of a believer.

Romans 10:8 declares, “The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith.” Faith is not far from you. It is not in the heavens waiting to descend. It is planted within you, waiting to be activated through understanding.

The Word of faith reveals that believing and speaking are divine partnerships. Second Corinthians 4:13 says, “We having the same spirit of faith… we believe, and therefore speak.” Silence in the face of promise is not humility; it can be unbelief.

When revelation dawns, Scripture stops being letters and becomes life. Hebrews 4:12 tells us the Word of God is living and powerful. It discerns, it builds, it corrects, and it establishes. The Word you receive by revelation becomes the reality you manifest in experience.

Faith does not deny facts; it transcends them. Abraham considered not his own body, yet he was strong in faith, giving glory to God. The Word of faith trains you to exalt God’s report above visible circumstances.

Hear this, confession without revelation is noise. But when light enters your spirit, your declaration carries weight in the realm of the spirit. You are not trying to convince God; you are aligning with what He has already spoken.

The revelation of the Word of faith also births responsibility. You guard your heart because faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God. What you consistently hear shapes what you confidently speak.

Beloved, immerse yourself in Scripture until it burns within you. Let the Word dwell richly in you. When the Word becomes your consciousness, faith becomes your language, and impossibilities begin to bow.

THE DEMONIC KING GAVE APOSTLE JOSEPH BABALOLA 'THE FORBIDDEN BUSH' TO BUILD A CHURCH WITH THE INTENTION OF KILLING HIM AND HIS TEAM!

The great Apostle Babalola went to preach the gospel in a demonic town and he went to the king in the place to ask for land to build the church.

The king who was also a demonic person was not interested in the gospel; he also was practically a demon in his own right. He gave the man of God the forbidden bush. A bush where nobody goes.

When pregnant women die they throw them there. When people with familiar spirit die they throw them there

Nobody goes there.

Those who have ventured to go in, they did not last 24 hours there before they died. That was the place the king gave to the man of God.

When they got there, the man of God began to pray, Some of those who were there that day with cutlass to cut the bush, they are still alive- they told us what I am telling you.

As they got there, the man of God rang his bell and with a very loud voice (because) the man had a loud voice.
In their days, there were no microphones and they addressed thousands of people

He said ‘O God arise and let your enemies in this bush be scattered’

Suddenly, they heard some people running and as they were running, they were colliding on each other.
They felt that people were falling and rising up inside the bush
Some were jamming themselves into the trees, they never saw anybody but they heard the sound of the scattering.

Your prayer today shall release confusion into the camp of the enemy.

They were running helter skelter.
After some time, there was calm and he ordered them to begin to cut the bush.
As they were cutting the bush, from the mountains, they saw a mighty python crawling down.

Those cutting the grasses wanted to run away.
Baba said ‘stay there’, continue to cut your grass.
They continued to cut and the serpent came majestically, the kind of python that could swallow a human without trace.

The serpent did not go to anybody else but Apostle Babalola. Baba watched this snake coming and was not impressed at all.

As the snake approached, he just said ‘let the fire of the God of Elijah fall upon this serpent’
It was as if electricity passed through this serpent and it just dried up.

FOLLOWERS OF JESUS DO NOT LOVE OUR LIVES IN THIS WORLD. THIS IS WHY….

As we follow Jesus in this world, we have a life that mankind can never, ever really understand.

It is a life that has its foot on earth, but its head and heart are NOT on earth! They are in a realm above – far beyond man’s comprehension.

This is why we do not treasure our lives on earth in the way that the rest of mankind does.

For followers of Jesus, our lives in the world ceased to matter on the day we GENUINELY started to follow Him.

On that day, we were CRUCIFIED with Christ (Gal 2:20), BURIED with Him in baptism, and also RAISED with Him through a divine operation (Col 2:12, Rom 6:4).

Since then, in our resurrection with Him, the NEW LIFE we now possess is NOT of this world! (John 17:14,16)

Neither can it be understood nor received by this world (John 14:17). It is an entirely new life with A NEW NATURE that is completely ALIEN to this world (2 Cor 5:17)

It is because of this new life and new nature that we do NOT conform to this world and its ways (Rom 12:2). We do not conform in our finances. In our careers. In our ambition. In our mentality. And so on. This is why the world HATES us (John 17:14) and PERSECUTES us (John 15:20). Just because we are radically different from them.

We are satisfied with this hatred and persecution, because this is a sure sign that we will reign with Christ when He returns to this world in glory (2 Tim 2:12, Rom 8:17).

All these explain why we have chosen, by God’s grace, to FORSAKE ALL that we possess (Luk 14:33). And to minimise ALL RELATIONSHIPS in the world (Luk 14:26). Just to follow Him daily.

Although we are a people of glory, this fact is not clear to the rest of mankind today (1 John 3:1). Thus, they mock us. They despise us. But, we know, without a shadow of a doubt, that when Jesus appears in glory, we shall be EXACTLY like Him (1 John 3:2).

Because we are strangers and pilgrims here (1 Pet 2:11), God could have taken us out of this world to our divine home above. But, to save more souls in the world, He does not want to do this.

Also, Jesus prayed that the Father should not take us from the world (John 17:15). Because He knows that our divine nature as the children of God gives us the ability to OVERCOME the world. Every. Single. Time. (1 John 5:4)

Thus, today, as our weary feet trudge the dust and pain of this hollow world, our bums are seated firmly with Him in heavenly places in glory (Eph 2:6).

Sadly, the rest of mankind does not possess this amazing, free gift of Another Life. They have chosen to make this fleeting world both their home and their hope!

This is why they value the treasures of this world highly. This is why they willingly engage themselves in the rat race of this life. This is why, unknown to them, they are 100% under the FULL CONTROL of the god of this world - Satan! (1 John 5:19)

And, when this world passes away, they shall pass away with it. Only to face the fearful judgment of God for all eternity. The same God that loves them, and is freely offering them eternal life today (John 3:16).

Friends, from all these, have you seen the two radically different forms of life on earth today? One ENTIRELY heavenly. The other, ENTIRELY worldly.

Before we finish, there’s something important to add.

It is totally impossible to possess both the heavenly life AND the worldly life! A man is either worldly - living for the world on the terms of the world. Or, he is heavenly, living for the Kingdom of God - in total non-conformity to the world (Rom 12:2).

A believer that persistently attempts to straddle both forms of life will soon become what Jesus described as LUKEWARM. Neither fully heavenly, nor fully worldly. An irritant that Jesus will have to vomit out of His mouth in disgust (Rev 3:16).

Unfortunately, this is the sad reality of millions and millions of people who THINK they are following Jesus today! They attempt to live for this world AND the world to come.

As the world is speeding towards its end, God is preparing the followers of Jesus for His imminent return. Preparing the GLORIOUS BRIDE for the return of the Bridegroom. This is why millions and millions of ‘believers’ are being vomited out in the end-time judgment that is starting from the house of God (1 Pet 4:17).

The reason for this is simple. The world CONTAMINATES. The world CORRUPTS. Thus, a man that is not saved and delivered from the world will have to perish with the world in judgment!!! For nothing impure will enter the glorious Kingdom of Heaven (Rev 21:27).

No wonder Paul, the Apostle, made this bold declaration: “But God forbid that I should glory, save in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world is crucified unto me, and I unto the world.” (Gal 6:14)

Please note the DOUBLE CRUCIFIXION in that verse. Paul was crucified to the world. And the world was crucified to Paul. That is, Paul found NOTHING attractive in the world. And, in the same way, the world found NOTHING attractive in Paul!

This RADICAL, non-conformist approach to the world is the ONLY way to follow Jesus. The DAILY stance of every true believer in Him.

Dear friend, as you follow Jesus, is this YOUR daily stance? Or, are you living in partial conformity to this world – so that you can gain its CONVENIENCE, ACCEPTANCE, and APPLAUSE?

The time to repent is NOW! That is, RIGHT NOW!!! For the impending judgment will start from the House of God. Will start from those that claim to follow Jesus Christ (1 Pet 4:17).

This is the heart of God for His people in this perilous end-time.

“Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If ANY MAN love the world, the love of the Father is NOT in him.” (1 John 2:15)
