OP,
Please can you rephrase your question? are you talking about Automobile Engineers? which is also Different from an Automobile Technicians or you mean Engineering in the layman's language? it will also interest you to know that MECHANICAL ENGINEERING IS DIFFERENT FROM AUTOMOBILE ENGINEERING JUST AS LIKE AERONAUTIC ENGINEERING AND SOUND/ACOUSTIC ENGINEERING to the best of my knowledge Nigeria has few or non existing Automobile Engineering course in the Universities.
Thank you.

Nice writeup I guess, while I agree that sex is and should be consenting, but it must be balance also that spouse shouldn't defraud themselves of this ingredient of being married. Also if the woman feel she can not meet up her partner sexual desires, drive and demands as the OP has mention "it wasn't in the document signed" please let the husband have more wives that can meet his sexual demands after all there is no prohibition in getting more wives to meet his desires so long he can cope also with the responsibilities that comes with it.

My guy I wonder oooh. Animal husbandry that has being made a precise science worldwide still has to be practised at the most basic, archaic, disruptive and nuisance level in the biggest black nation on Earth because of Fulanis alone who refuse to change their ways and accept modern practices.

If not for sinister and hidden agendas why not simply modernise practices in a sector that is completely private and driven by profit?

Why must the entire Nigeria accept a status quo of Fulani marching their Cows everywhere on highways, causing chaos, and into private farms to destroy crop yield and threaten the food security of Nigeria?

Why are we all hostages to this madness? Even with this judgement many cowardly Southern governors will still fear upsetting Buhari and 'his people' instead of acting in the best interest of their own people.

If the agric ministry is serious they should have at least use the =N=30m to build or give as startup to herders to build ranches.

Ask any married couples here they will tell their own experience, okay now see how your wife's pregnancy is causing you too to react to her actions hahahaha it changes the both of you can't you see! But I assure you after child birth you will get your sweet and supportive wife back. Or do you want me tell you of pregnant women who just like smell of their husband's excreta during pregnancy, it varies. Just enjoy the changes it's just for four more months. Good luck

Well the wife rightfully owns d front seat, there shouldn't be a debate on that. The moment a man marries, his wife becomes his first priority. You all that try to use mum to blackmail guys about how your mum should be over your wife are all unserious people. Don't you know your wife is also a mother to him and the children? What a wfie does to d husband, the mum can never do that. The mums role finishes d moment her son gets married though the mum still has her place as the biological mother which is normal.
But the lady should d have just allowed d mother be in d front seat since she was already there. Its just courtesy.
Seeing the woman alone shows that even if it was my male friends she would still ask him to go to backseat, like you said courtesy should have taken preeminence here but this wife lacks that decency to show that simple gesture, from the video it show MIL and wify are not in good terms, but she should have respected her hubby. Speech as Nigeria Military Head Of State (1983)
Muhammadu Buhari

In pursuance of the primary objective of saving our great nation from total collapse, I, Major-General Muhammadu Buhari of the Nigerian army have, after due consultation amongst the services of the armed forces, been formally invested with the authority of the Head of the Federal Military Government and the Commander-in-Chief of the armed forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. It is with humility and a deep sense of responsibility that I accept this challenge and call to national duty.

As you must have heard in the previous announcement, the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (1979) has been suspended, except those sections of it which are exempted in the constitution. The change became necessary in order to put an end to the serious economic predicament and the crisis of confidence now afflicting our nation.

Consequently, the Nigerian armed forces have constituted themselves into a Federal Military Government comprising of a Supreme Military Council, a National Council of States, a Federal Executive Council at the centre and State Executive Councils to be presided over by military governors in each of the states of the federation. Members of these councils will be announced soon.
The last Federal Military Government drew up a programme with the aim of handing over political power to the civilians in 1979. This programme as you all know, was implemented to the letter. The 1979 constitution was promulgated.
However, little did the military realise that the political leadership of the second republic will circumvent most of the checks and balances in the constitution and bring the present state of general insecurity.

The premium on political power became so exceedingly high that political contestants regarded victory at elections as a matter of life and death struggle and were determined to capture or retain power by all means. It is true that there is a worldwide economic recession.
However, in the case of Nigeria, its impact was aggravated by mismanagement. We believe the appropriate government agencies have good advice but the leadership disregarded their advice. The situation could have been avoided if the legislators were alive to their constitutional responsibilities. Instead, the legislators were preoccupied with determining their salary scales, fringe benefit and unnecessary foreign travels, et al, which took no account of the state of the economy and the welfare of the people they represented.

As a result of our inability to cultivate financial discipline and prudent management of the economy, we have come to depend largely on internal and external borrowing to execute government projects with attendant domestic pressure and soaring external debts, thus aggravating the propensity of the outgoing civilian administration to mismanage our financial resources. Nigeria was already condemned perpetually with the twin problem of heavy budget deficits and weak balance of payments position, with the prospect of building a virile and viable economy.

The last general election was anything but free and fair. The only political parties that could complain of election rigging are those parties that lacked the resources to rig. There is ample evidence that rigging and thuggery were relative to the resources available to the parties. This conclusively proved to us that the parties have not developed confidence in the presidential system of government on which the nation invested so much material and human resources. While corruption and indiscipline have been associated with our state of under-development, these two evils in our body politics have attained unprecedented height in the past few years. The corrupt, inept and insensitive leadership in the last four years has been the source of immorality and impropriety in our society.

Since what happens in any society is largely a reflection of the leadership of that society, we deplore corruption in all its facets. This government will not tolerate kick-backs, inflation of contracts and over-invoicing of imports etc. Nor will it condone forgery, fraud, embezzlement, misuse and abuse of office and illegal dealings in foreign exchange and smuggling.
Arson has been used to cover up fraudulent acts in public institutions. I am referring to the fire incidents that gutted the P&T buildings in Lagos, the Anambra State Broadcasting Corporation, the Republic Building at Marina, the Federal Ministry of Education, the Federal Capital Development Authority Accounts at Abuja and the NET Building. Most of these fire incidents occurred at a time when Nigerians were being apprehensive of the frequency of fraud scandals and the government incapacity to deal with them.

Corruption has become so pervasive and intractable that a whole ministry has been created to stem it.
Fellow Nigerians, this indeed is the moment of truth. My colleagues and I – the Supreme Military Council, must be frank enough to acknowledge the fact that at the moment, an accurate picture of the financial position is yet to be determined. We have no doubt that the situation is bad enough. In spite of all this, every effort will be made to ensure that the difficult and degrading conditions under which we are living are eliminated.
Let no one however be deceived that workers who have not received their salaries in the past eight or so months will receive such salaries within today or tomorrow or that hospitals which have been without drugs for months will be provided with enough immediately. We are determined that with the help of God we shall do our best to settle genuine payments to which government is committed, including backlog of workers’ salaries after scrutiny.

We are confident and we assure you that even in the face of the global recession, and the seemingly gloomy financial future, given prudent management of Nigeria’s existing financial resources and our determination to substantially reduce and eventually nail down rises in budgetary deficits and weak balance of payments position. The Federal Military Government will reappraise policies with a view to paying greater attention to the following areas: The economy will be given a new impetus and better sense of direction. Corrupt officials and their agents will be brought to book.

In view of the drought that affected most parts of the country, the federal government will, with the available resources, import food stuffs to supplement the shortfalls suffered in the last harvest.
Our foreign policy will both be dynamic and realistic. Africa will of course continue to be the centre piece of our foreign policy. The morale and combat readiness of the armed forces will be given high priority. Officers and men with high personal and professional integrity will have nothing to fear.

The Chief Justice of Nigeria and all other holders of judiciary appointments within the federation can continue in their appointments and the judiciary shall continue to function under existing laws subject to such exceptions as may be decreed from time to time by the Federal Military Government. All holders of appointments in the civil service, the police and the National Security Organisation shall continue to exercise their functions in the normal way subject to changes that may be introduced by the Federal Military Government.

All those chairmen and members of statutory corporations, parastatals and other executive departments are hereby relieved of their appointments with immediate effect.
The Federal Military Government will maintain and strengthen existing diplomatic relations with other states and with international organisations and institutions such as the Organisation of African Unity, the United Nations and its organs, Organisation of Petroleum Exporting Countries, ECOWAS and the Commonwealth etc. The Federal Military Government will honour and respect all treaties and obligations entered into by the previous government and we hope that such nations and bodies will reciprocate this gesture by respecting our country’s territorial integrity and sovereignty.
Fellow Nigerians, finally, we have dutifully intervened to save this nation from imminent collapse. We therefore expect all Nigerians, including those who participated directly or indirectly in bringing the nation to this present predicament, to cooperate with us. This generation of Nigerians, and indeed future generations, have no country other than Nigeria. We shall remain here and salvage it together.

May God bless us all. Good morning.
The speech is fresh like it's was today.
AND THIS GOVERNMENT IS THE DIRECT OPPOSITE OF THIS SPEECH TODAY. CHNAGE IS RRULY CONSTANT

Boko Haram members, if they truly repent and have zero intention of furthering their criminal profession can be encouraged by such Ministry, just as militants were rehabilitated. It worked for Niger Delta, so I see no reason it will not work for the weaponized-amaljiri North.

If Boko Haram can be defeated with Love since we can not defeat them in war, it is better. That way we dont keep getting defrauded by the Military Heads and their foreign arms-dealers counterparts who also supply arms to Boko Haram to create business opportunities.

N/B:
I noticed vituperation from hate generators who are mostly Christians. It bothers me that you are not like your Jesus.

Niger Delta militants got rehabilitated and there is relative peace so I see no reason Boko Haram rehabilitation will not bring peace. I did not compare the level of offence but the peace that can be achieved.

Argue with your Jesus who said you should love your enemies.
Militant were fighting for their right in all aspects against the government and not a terrorist agenda like we have up north, check the definition of the word militant and terrorist. The southern militant seek a development for their forgotten region and education for themselves by the government who constantly under utilise their wealth. But the case of Boko haram is purely opposite you can't compare both please.

This is why I say Kemi Adeosun deserves a national honour for resigning despite not being at fault over the Nysc certificate brouhaha. In fact, I am sure if she were a politician she won't resign and will challenge her accusers to "go to court" (certified crooks like Saraki have been doing that and getting away with it, thanks to corrupt SANs and rotten judges). Kemi Adeosun did not forge the cert and did not know it was forged - no criminal intent to warrant prosecution. Her only mistake, if at all, was that she assumed that the fellows she trusted to process the exemption cert would do the right thing. Having been born and raised in Uk she "no know say naija na naija" . I know those shouting forgery are doing so on grounds of ethnic bias (e.g Ipob brats) or to gain political capital (e.g pdp hypocrites). She was and is still entitled to the Nysc exemption cert as of right. This intelligent, energetic, professionally competent woman has etched her name in gold by her service to the nation and bowing out honourably at a time when criminals, murderers, killer thugs/armed robbers sponsors are scheming to be president! Politics / Oshiomhole Responds To Alleged Launch Of New Airline In Cape Verde. by miracleedwards: 4:18pm On Feb 12, 2018
In the last couple of days, we have been inundated with reports of a story trending on social media networks titled “NEW AIRLINE LAUNCHED IN CAPE VERDE BY A NIGERIAN GOVERNOR”

Our initial response was to ignore the story knowing it to be a false narrative that was first circulated sometime in January 2016, when Comrade Adams Oshiomhole was still governor of Edo State. However, it has become imperative to make these clarifications, because the worthless “bad belle” originators of this malicious story have been emboldened by our silence to further develop their falsehood, reintroduce it into the public space and broadcast it, to a point where some people of worth are concerned that there is tendency for a segment of the public to be taken in by this deliberately orchestrated act of falsehood, mischief and blackmail.

It is on the basis of these expressed concerns that we make the following clarifications.

1) Comrade Adams Oshiomhole does not own a luxury airline; neither does he hold any investments in an airline here in Nigeria, Cape Verde or anywhere else in the world.

2) Comrade Adams Oshiomhole does not own nor have stakes in any business concern named ForteAdams, here in Nigeria or anywhere else in the world.

3) Our investigations have revealed that there are only two airlines currently registered and operating from Cape Verde. They are Cabo Verde Express with callsign KABEX and TACV with callsign CABOVERDE. Available records also show that there is only one listed defunct airline from Cape Verde named Halcyonair with callsign CREOLE. So there is no airline named ForteAdams operating or defunct in Cape Verde. Anyone interested in verifying these claims should Google “Airlines in Cape Verde” and the results will be displayed.

4) Beyond the malicious coinage for the purpose of perpetuating this falsehood, there is no evidence to show that the name ForteAdams exists anywhere in the world as a brand name or a registered business name. The airline business today is an online business. No airline can exist without an online booking site, so if ForteAdams airline has no online booking site, and no web page, how does it do business?

5) ForteAdams Luxury Airlines exists only in the treacherous imagination of those who initiated the false story, and therefore has nothing to do with Comrade Adams Oshiomhole. Not long ago, these same persons circulated images of a sprawling estate which they claimed was Comrade Adams Oshiomhole’s country home in Iyamoh, Edo State. A Google search later revealed that the property was actually located in Los Angeles USA and belonged to famous rapper Dr. Dre.

6) Is it not ironic that the same people who just recently were spreading false rumors that Comrade Adams Oshiomhole’s wife, Iara had filed for divorce are the same people concocting rumors that he launched an airline worth $920million to honor this same wife in Cape Verde? One is constrained to ask how much in US dollars the total 8 years budget of Edo State was, that Comrade Adams Oshiomhole will execute the projects which are generally acknowledged, then still magically from somewhere raise almost a billion dollars to launch an airline.

7) In their desperation to justify their falsehood, these con artists downloaded from the internet the image of an aircraft belonging to Surya Airlines of Nepal and Photoshop it with the inscription “ForteAdams Luxury Flights” but like all criminals that get caught in their act, they forgot to change the logo of Surya Airlines on the tail of the aircraft. Once again we call on anyone interested in verifying this claim to simply Google search Surya Airline, compare the image of their aircraft with the image of the aircraft that was purported to belong to ForteAdams Luxury Flight.

cool It has become obvious that there are people, mostly once powerful PDP godfathers from Edo State humiliated into retirement by Comrade Adams Oshiomhole and a few disgruntled elements within APC, that are spending money to sponsor media attacks and spread false rumors against Comrade Adams Oshiomhole. Their grouse is that even after leaving office as governor of Edo State, his profile has continued to rise. They are particularly angered that the Oba of Benin Ewuare II and President Muhammadu Buhari have come out openly to acknowledge the tremendous infrastructural development that Edo State witnessed under the stewardship of Comrade Adams Oshiomhole. The latest upsurge in these attacks is not unconnected with Comrade Adams Oshiomhole’s recent private audience with Mr. President in Aso Rock Presidential Villa. They are nervous that in spite of their evil wishes, Comrade Oshiomhole still enjoys a harmonious and affable relationship with the President.

9) Finally we call on the general public to be wary of the online activities of these paid “cyber assassins” who use the anonymity of the internet to spread falsehoods with an intent to impugn the integrity of our leaders, hoping to achieve their diabolic political objectives.

All people of goodwill, especially Edo people who are living witnesses of Comrade Oshiomhole’s legacy of service should join hands to further frustrate their ill machinations by exposing these falsehoods. We therefore implore everyone reading this statement to please spread it by sharing on all sites, forums and social media platforms where fake rumors on Comrade Adams Oshiomhole have previously appeared. On his part, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole is resolute that he will not be deterred by these enemies of progress, but will continue to stand up against entrenched oppressors and use every position he finds himself to deploy resources for the benefits of the Nigerian common man.

Signed

Victor Oshioke
Personal Assistant
Office of Comrade Adams Oshiomhole

The Law enforcement can not be ruled out here because I can see that your sister is hellbent on going to any length in wrecking havoc, my suggestions;
1. arrest her for stealing you wife's certificates and malicious damage to your wife's and your properties. (if she is mad then let the family send her to the psychiatric home).
2. she should be made to write an undertaken for the safety of your wife, child and yourself.
3 go the extra mile of getting a restrain order, restraining her from coming close to your wife and kids.
you should also know that the only thing binding both of you is that you both came from the-same womb. and you both have different paths in life. if it had deteriorated more than this you wouldn't have invited the law, the law would have come to hunt her or you depending on who would have been a victim.
Can you go to her house and fight her husband? is she the only member of your family?
WISDOM IS PROFITABLE FOR DIRECTION.
Na family mata no mean say your wife or pikin even you go die put (after all your papa protected you and your mama while he was alive) be wise place her where she belong.
have a nice day, and may God help you

I came across this Today I know it might have gone round but could there by any atom of Truth in this?
By Adamu Mohammed.

Ever since President Muhammadu Buhari took over the mantle of leadership of this great country Nigeria, we(Hausa-Fulanis) have come under severe media attack from enemies of progress. Just because they are educated than us, they stereotype us with negativity. Just because they own and control the media, they use the media against us.

But let me make something clear to you stupid fellows hating us, whether you love us or hate us, it doesn’t change anything. We are who we are and we will continue to remain like that. We hate you even more and we can never love you because you are all infidels. I pity those of you who keep deluding yourselves that we can love and trust you simply because you worked against your people to our own advantage, never!

I heard that the stupid Governor of Oyo State, Ajimobi said that they won’t accept the proposed Grazing Bill. But my message to the filthy Yoruba pig is that, if you don’t want to give us your cursed land, we will rear our cattle not only on your farmlands but in your churches. And if you try to stop us, we would killed your chicken hearted men like rabbits then turn your mothers, wives, sisters and daughters to our sex slaves like we have always done.

It is either you give the whole of South to us to use as grazing reserve or we soak it with your blood. And what you would do like you always do is noise on Facebook and Twitter. you cannot be united against us because there would always be the likes of Tinubu, Amaechi and Okorocha in your midst who will divide you for selfishness and love of money. Such treacherous characters can’t survive in our midst because we burn them and their families.

I so much detest Southern Christians because they are the problem of this country. If I have my way, there won’t be any functional church in this country, especially in the North. That’s why I am so much happy with Governor El-rufai who is living up to the expectations of Allah in Kaduna State. We are not really pleased with President Muhammadu Buhari who is too slow to implement everything we asked him to implement in this country for us, he has not even done 20% of the Northern/Islam agenda, what he is waiting for I don’t know.

We will make life unbearable for Igbos like they are in Hell, and yet we won’t let them have their useless Biafra because the whole of South is a conquered territory. We can never see Yorubas as allies no matter how hard they try to please or serve us because they are born traitors and infidels. Those slaves in the Middle Belt would continue to be willing tools in our hands, and the day they attempt to raise their heads, we will cut off their heads like weeds. I lack words to tell the inconsequential and always crying Niger Delta because what we are waiting for is for President Buhari to declare state of emergency in Rivers, Bayelsa and Delta, then we will show them how to use power.

We are at war with you people but we won’t allow the country to breakup because, natural resources found in any part of the country is our heritage and birth right. We will continue killing you in large numbers until you are truly submissive to us as your slave masters. We won’t stop killing you until we fully takeover your land as a conquered territory. This is not the time to mince words, this is not the time to sugarcoat things, and this is not the time to be economical with the truth, this is nothing but the truth, ignore it at your own peril.
Politics / When Men Die That Cattle May Live! By Reno Omokri (GRAZING COMMISSION BILL) by miracleedwards: 5:36pm On Apr 27, 2016
Nigeria is not the only country where nomadic pastoralists herdsmen come and go. In Kenya, they have the Maasai herdsmen who have been herding cattle around the Nile Valley area from the days of Joseph in ancient Egypt. Other nations have their own form of pastoralists too. But never in the history of the 20th and 21st Century has the world encountered a scenario such as that which stares Nigeria in the face, whereby Fulani pastoral Herdsmen simultaneously and nationally and almost systematically are wiping out indigenous Nigerians for the benefit of their cattle.

I challenge my readers to take the time to do a Google search and collate the number of reported casualties from unprovoked Fulani attacks on innocent, unarmed Nigerians in 2016 alone. The results will shock you! I will not throw out a number in order not to give my political foes fodder to use against me in a case of incitement, but please carry out even a cursory research on the matter.

And what has been the response of the Nigerian Government? I was shocked to read the reaction of Nigeria's minister of Internal Affairs, retired Lt. General Abdulrahman Dambazau, who blamed Social Media users for exacerbating these attacks!

I mean really? So what are we to do when we become aware that Fulani herdsmen are accused of killing, raping and maiming Nigerians? Are we to keep quiet in the national interest? Excuse me, but I thought the national interest was the interests of human beings rather than the interest of cattle!
And then President Muhammadu Buhari from faraway China, rightly goes ahead to issue a lethal warning to pipeline vandals: desist from your actions or else be dealt with as I dealt with Boko Haram!
Yet this same tough talking President does not have similar words for Fulani herdsmen? Mr. President, how many Nigerians have to die before you give Fulani herdsmen the 'Boko Haram' treatment?

President Muhammadu Buhari must be willing to suspend the fact that he is himself a Fulani by ethnicity and remember what he has been preaching to us since he first forced his way into our national consciousness after his coup against President Shagari in 1983.

I can never forget when the then military head of state, Major General Muhammad Buhari said "This generation of Nigerians and indeed the future generation have no country other than Nigeria, we shall stay and salvage it together."
Indeed, the President must remember that he wanted us to stay and salvage Nigeria together and not stay and be savaged in Nigeria by Fulani herdsmen!
And the absolute worst part of this story is the attempt by some Legislators to add salt to injury and injustice by floating a so called National Grazing Commission Bill to compulsorily acquire large swathes of Nigerian land and give them to the Commission for the benefit of Fulani herdsmen!

In fact, it makes better sense to establish a Victim Support Commission for the many thousands of victims of Fulani herdsmen than it does to set up a National Grazing Commission!

Honestly, I do not understand the idea behind this Bill. The legislators sponsoring this Bill are asking Nigeria to change her land tenure system to fit nomads who may or may not be Nigerian citizens. Has the world gone mad

Nigeria should not change to fit Fulani herdsmen, instead it is Fulani herdsmen that should change to fit Nigeria!
The Grazing Commission Bill is an insult to all the victims of the herdsmen. Peace can only be achieved if those who want to herd cattle set up ranches as is done everywhere else in the world!

The cattle herding business is a private enterprise. It should not be the business of the government to use public land and public funds to promote the group interest of Fulani herdsmen.

Let me assure any federal legislator that is foolhardy enough to support this Bill that Senators and Representatives from states where Fulani herdsmen have killed innocent Nigerians should forget their reelection if they support the Grazing Commission Bill!
In fact, they should be ashamed of themselves that they sat in a National Assembly where the Lagos-Calabar rail was not provided for and watched as the #GrazingCommissionBill got to second reading!

Instead of passing laws to protect victims of genocide they want to pass laws to protect those who commit genocide! Talk about Stockholm syndrome!
I am tempted to ask if this the Federal Republic of Nigeria or the Federal Republic of Fulani Herdsmen with Nigerians as second class citizens? Hardworking, tax paying Nigerian citizens do not have land to build houses yet the backers of this repugnant Bill want to give free land to Fulani herdsmen?

But should I or anybody reading this really blame the sponsors of this Bill? Shouldn't the blame rightly be on all of us collectively when we keep silent while our brothers die because of political ambition and fear of persecution!
What did Jesus say again in Matthew 10:28 "And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear Him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell."

My name is Reno Omokri, if anybody likes let them come and arrest me for saying the truth. I would rather live the rest of my life in a dungeon than fold my hands and do nothing while my fellow Nigerians are being killed so that cattle may live!
