donstan18:I, like people who think like me, don't have time for such silliness. You are either attracted to me or you are not. You either see a future in the union or you don't. So if I keep chasing you, I'd value you? Mind games is the best? Females should not make themselves "cheap" right? Playing hard to get shows the woman that the guy would stick it out and he really loves her. LMAO!!! Well, well, like people who think like me, I despise such love. Being upfront doesn't make you "cheap" and being tough doesn't make you "expensive." |
HRHQueenPhil:Oh, great. Do you know anyone there? HRHQueenPhil:As in, eh, it was so painful when I was told that I would have to do change of name in any Newspaper because my BVN had a third name and my NIN slip didn't. I would still pay ontop. Okay, thanks for your opinion. |
CAPSLOCKED:Capslocked you don come again. I think you're getting me, regardless of whether she did the asking or he did, there are underlying reasons men do the asking which I have held in my bosom. I have not heard from someone else. ![]() |
budaatum:I think your reasoning makes sense. But then again, there are some women who don't say NO or they say NO to a disproportionate few who ask them out. I mean, they are down for most men that ask them out. So they are still everyone's ashewo because females will always get asked out. budaatum:I don't understand what you mean to be honest, how does my question correlate here? budaatum:Asking people out as a female doesn't mean you HAVE SEX with them. There's a world of difference between the two.. |
SafetyFirst:I like your signature to be honest. Like, I was expecting " A bird in hand is worth...." Lol ![]() Now, why did you say what you said? Is it in reference to the kids or she not taking hubby's name or both? |
HRHQueenPhil:If I get you correctly, it is not a problem if she caters for all the expense in the house?[/quote] HRHQueenPhil:What makes it difficult, and don't you find it incredibly sexist if it's the woman that always has to change her name? HRHQueenPhil:Why is no assumption needed? Are you talking from a traditional African standpoint? I only want your opinion, not interrogating you in any way. i am actually asking because of what I have read in some White forums. |
BlackAlbinoo:Bro, the escrow you're talking about is another Nairalander who comes from God knows where. Talking about the escrow: Have you seen him? Is his reputation enough to keep him from committing fraud? If he bails, where would you find him? If he's the buyer or seller hiding under a different name, would you know? Due to the nature of the web, I'd say it's all blind faith bro. Seun needs to setup escrow services on this platform, maybe a separate section, not another nairalander. |
SUPERPACK:I think the latter makes sense as it's the only effective way to combat fraud. Even if the escrow is NOT the buyer or seller, lol, the escrow guy may end up bailing with the money. Seun, come and restore decorum on your site. People, reputable NL handles with good reps have began running amock again and are swindling people of their hard earned funds. |
One guy who seem to be legit defrauded another Nairalander and deactivated his account shortly. Where do we go from here Seun ? How do we prevent frauds especially in this currency exchange thread? How do we regain the confidence of a few who really need to exchange their currency without getting scammed? |
Please can someone tell me what's goin on with this Cuizy guy? Who got scammed? |
ouldn't allow your kids to bear your surname, too, based on the fact that there was no agreement before you got married that the kids would take your name. Assuming that there was no such assumption but you believed it was a given. |
olabrinks:Men are not a hive mind, sister. There are still men who want to get married below that age sef. Don't dismiss the guy solely for that reason. |
UyaiIncomparabl:We (men) are not a monolith. She's just 20 - 24; she's only out for your money (not really interested in marriage). Hey, buddy, don't just waste your precious time, go for the late 20s or 30s. Women in that bracket are desperate. I think that makes sense? |
BrisbaneQueen:Contact me on samuelbeeu@yahoo.com if you'd be interested in 800 naira per day |
adegeye38:In reference to their photo-shoot, I would love to know why you wrote this sir. |
I'm actually really curious what you guys have to say about why the title is the norm globally. It's almost written in most women's DNA, lol, and I am not saying there's anything wrong with that, but why has it become a norm? You'd thin that in developed societies, those gender norms are broken, but it's still there. Seems society contributes to it, idk, but this seems to be deeper than that. It's not just peculiar to Sudanese or Chinese or Filipino or Dutch women. I mean, it's almost universe, from time immemorial. Idk, but honestly, what do you think are the reasons females have to wait for guys to approach them first. Or rightly believe they should wait. |

Airforce01:Okay ooo. Seems you don't want to hold yourself to the vows of fidelity but you want some perks and benefits of the union. Think of it this way, if she went wild, I mean really, really, really wild that she could lay with a horse, would you have sexual relations with her? Hell no. Good luck sha... You've got your life to live. |
Airforce01:Yes, you deviated but not intentionally. ![]() So I don't bore you again. Is there any particular reasons (or are there reasons) you don't want her as a wife, only as mother of your child? Would you want to keep your reasons to yourself for reasons of confidentiality or you don't mind sharing? |
Airforce01:You didn't answer me bro. |
Airforce01:What are you up to? |
Airforce01: Ma so mán. Just be a man eh, pele, it would only get better and better and better I promise. ![]() Looku, looku, what are you looking? There's no form of sexual gratification that your petite wife-to-be cannot give you. When I talk about marrying her, please perish the thought please, I'm NOT necessarily talking about pompous elaborate wedding with many folks in attendance ooo. I'm talking about formalising your union. Drag it off the cohabitation talk and put it in its rightful place. How she'd be glad if you told her you wanna make it official. Isn't this the least you can do for her for bearing you a child? You see the problem with southern Nigeria and why Northerners fare better than us with their simple lifestyle? Marrying her on a low key would not even cost you 50k. You just have to make it clear before God and the government (if you want to) that this woman is now yours and your would not look outside. I believe the bride price in our place, especially for her, would be low or nonexistent. Goodluck. Miseryhimself!!!! |
Martinez39:Lol. I wan impregnate hin brain. Lol. |
But seriously, on a serious note, jokes apart, and for the love of God AirforceOne, marry this woman. It's not right. You know that better than I do. Don't your conscience trouble you? Yes, there was no marriage agreement when you wooed her and like you said, you never hinted marriage AT ALL but it's still not fair regardless. You are not playing fair with creation ordinance; it's not fair to the child, her family, and to God. When a man has sex with a woman under the law, he was to marry her, no excuses given, no ifs, nothing. You didn't just have sex with her but she bore you a child. Guy I swear you dey provoke me. No be say, you no fit feed and take care of two, three or four mouths oo? Ma jeki Olorun binu si e o!!! Are you expecting me or any other single person to marry her because you were so irresponsible and cowardly to man up to the consequences of your deeds? So you want other men t marry her then you go marry someone else or sow wild oat with another woman. Don't fornicate but if you have to fornicate, fornicate with someone you can marry. The deed has already been done so take responsibility for your deeds and take God serious. God created women for us (men) so please honor those who are interested in the union with marriage. |
Martinez39:Nothing makes more sense in your post than these: Many, throughout their lives, will only get just enough to survive.... Oga, the truth is that not everyone will make it in life... They can't unite to revolt against their corrupt leaders who have sold their future.... Mind you, be prepared to lose your girl when a rich man comes around. Can I impregnate your brains, please? |
artworks1:Okay I agree. I have $10 sitting in my account. Let me buy $5 BTC at N365 from you (you wouldn't foot the fees if you use Coinbase). Send your account number details via SMS (to the number I called you with) and I'd send my BTC email address when I make the payment. I prefer First bank. Let me try Olymph trade with $15 |
artworks1:Wetin you dey talk? I'm broke and I need to hustle. Deal? |
UyaiIncomparabl:Wow, wow, wow congrats sister; could not be happier for you. I go come sha. Just make sure say you invite me and... and... rice and stew boku |
artworks1:Lol. That's fair. Lol. I tried one broker but I lost all my funds. Do you mind I invest with you? How much and how do we share the profit? Which broker do you use? |
artworks1:My oga at the top, I am still loyal and submissive ooo! No leakage I swear!!!! |
