Good morning everyone.
Please my visa was refused based on transaction that they quoted that are not explained but I never did such transactions on that date.
Also they compared my expense in Dec 2024 to the monthly expenses. I did not provide statement for 2024. The statement i provided was from may 2025 to Oct 2025.
Please what can I do cos these facts are not in my application and baseless.
Can I complain for reconsideration as there is no evidence of their claims

Pls note consulate already knows so lying thinking they don't know is stupidity.

There are those who have no immigrant petitions filed for them and still were refused F1 visas.

I had i130 petition just like you and I got multiple us visit visas during that period of waiting. I indicated parents petition in each application.

Pleas focus on your reason for studying this course, funding and home ties to Nigeria. Use that attitude to apply.

Leave the petition on the back burner where it is . Between you and I, I know you know that immigrant visa will still take another 4years to be current so it is of no consequence as such to your study plans

If you keep thinking it will affect them you have defeated yourself before you started.

Focus on F1 application, your funding and your home ties to Nigeria
