What this means is when you are ready to get married, marry someone who is a friend and a companion, with mutual trust and respect, who you adore being around, not just a sex partner or someone to have kids with because when the sex wears off or the kids are all grown up, it will be just both of you left it is then you know whether you have got a partner.
A lot of marriages these days are camouflaged by the kids, work, church the couples don’t even make time to spend quality time together because deep down they are just putting up with each other.
The reason why there is high rate of divorce applications during the January month in the UK is because during the Christmas break couples are forced to spend time with each other, it is then they realise they are just strangers with nothing in common. Also women in their 50s then to divorce their husbands because then the kids are all grown up and there’s no excuse to cover up the bad marriage.

But look at Nigeria. Every day gets worse. So, in church during the prayer session, and after the prayer topic has been introduced, I find I can't pray for more than 30 seconds, 1 minute tops.

After that, I have nothing else to say. Yet I see others praying until whoever is leading the session intervenes and introduces another prayer topic.

What exactly are they saying for that long or are they just repeating themselves. I can't speak in tongues too, so that doesn't help my cause.

I also cannot pray loudly, I always whisper under my breath even when the pastor says to shout at the top of our voices, because that's just how I am.

Do these things I mentioned n hinder prayers from being answered?

My uncle when he wanted to get married brought home a woman who was very beautiful, but his mom refused saying she's a single mom with kids tho his mom was just seeing the woman for the first time. Long story short, my uncle went ahead with the marriage and today....! He is wrecked! By the same woman his mom warned him about. He's mom's late (rest her soul). Now my uncle just found out this year that his wife had five kids for the first husband.

funny thing is my own main problem is I am far too individualistic and this hurts my relationships, I had once travelled out only to call my partner with a foreign number lol she nearly died of shock and when I came back she was asking if I think she was a witch or destiny stopper
