bigx: How do you guys expect the banks to manage the ATM's? Maintain inverters to keep them on, update software, stock them up with cash? Without charging ATM's would just be an additional expense which would bog down on their bottom lines. I see nothing wrong with it. There is a difference between a business and a charity. Banks are businesses.

I was attracted to my coursrep then, he was a very nice, intelligent, and friendly person and everyone liked him. We were so closed that people thinking we were dating, but no. he hasn't for a day make any move even thou he was dying inside. Yes I know very well, you will know if someone loves you or not by his or her actions. Buh he couldn't say it rather his friends became his mouth spokes cos he confessed to them. Finally When he opened up to me about his feelings... Though I wasn't surprise but I dint give in cos the feelings wasn't mutual.
