Hi everyone! Sorry for the delay.
I can't say for certaain that I know the reason but its true that they want to incorporate ppl that came in through mactay. That may be possible reason for the delay.
And ppl are always in training room but that doesn't mean they are new intakes. Old intakes still get trained from time to time. Also, when new products are about to be launched, they train staff.
@nwaribe, I can't imagine the stress ur goingg through. Its well dear.

@travelista, the point is not that they should be paid same as the "core" staff but that there should be a form of progress and improvement for "support staff"
And empathy doesn't mean the coy should hold their hands or be their friends; it simply mmeans the coy should be humane.

Yes I'm done with training. We were 50 tho. I wasn't called with the set I had medicals with.
For those that accepted the offer, just know its a steppping stone better things are yet to come.
My set is the first to get the reduced salary o. I just couldn't cry while ppl I did training with get sth higher but its just for a while and its a whle lot better than sitting doing nth.

Yes, its true they said its 18 months before confirmation(to become a full time staff of etisalat. There is a career path shown to us, u are expected to move up every six months based on ur performance.

Well, they always send a success or regret mail. Did u do ur cbt with all those who received a mail orr at a later date?

Qualities of a good customer care rep
Language skills, u may be asked to say sth in another language that u know apart from eng. You can get their services oon the website.
Just be audible and calm

@careliz, I don't know anyone that did on 31st. Maybe u should call Hr. But I feel they will still call u. That's like a week before mine. I know another set had theirs on the 10th of June too.

Pls u guys, my intention wasn't for fear. Just type what u see as fast and accurate as u can. Try not to back space, it lowers ur accuracy.
For the multitasking, listen well and type what uu hear and don't stress if u don't grab all the caller says. Just keep going.
Listen well to what the person conducting the test instructs u to do.
Don't fret, you all make it, all the best!

After CBT, its buddy/interview session. Focus on getting pass this stage. Then I'll give more insight but to me the CBT stage is the hardest/trickiest

No, I wasn't called again that day but about two days later but it was during the week and it surprised me that u were called on a weekend.
I know how u feel but they will call back, when I can't say but they will as long as u have been called once.

@ OP thanks for bringing this out. Having a bro that's SS is no fun. Lots of nights in the hospital and groans and blood transfusion in severe cases not to mention the drips! I'm so grateful to God that he's alive and almost forty.
