@harkynkunle, the personality test is no big deal. Its 24 pages each with most likely and lest likely. They give u words to describe yourself aand ur to pick the one that is most likely and least likely descibes u. But as a ccustomer care, u ought to know the kind of characters u should have. Don't choose words that are too extreme, and this should be done within 6-10 mins.
Also, make sure the internet connectivity is real fast.

@miss ope, it took almost 2months o. But they keep calling me for phone interview despite the fact that I'm done with medicals so I guess they are still in need of people.

That's the new format. Expect a phone interview with questions like what is customer service? Phone etiquette and what happens in a call center. Also the qualities of a goood customerr care rep.
If u scale thru, they will send a link for an online assessment personality test. Answer as fast as u can(6-10 mins). Note that a lot of peoople are dropped at this stage.
After which u get an invite for the CBT test and multitasking.
Then u get invited for buddy/interview session where u get to view the work environs and also get interviewed.

Is the cert ready? If yes, try and get it to be on the safe side. But if its not, then u'll just av to explain to them, that's all.

Violence from either party is wrong.
