Mehn, UBA is the worse bank in terms of customer service. The staff will just be taking their time not minding that you sneaked out of office to make a transaction. I have met some really nasty staff of UBA

* There was a day I went into a branch of UBA in Abuja with less than 10 people in front of me but spent over one hour (with serious vexing) before being attended to;

* I have removed all my money from there, except the N1,000 they said I could not withdraw. They have refused to let the account go dormant after (I did not update my KYC, no BVN, no ATM etc - but still get monthly statements via SMS! Na by force?

ur on point.. hate that bank so much.nasty staffs that need to retire..anytime u plan on doing transaction with that bank just be prepare to spend ur whole day there.no good customer service to even sit down na war..
