RealityShot: Nightlife100 .. please, i am planning to get the Nebosh, and a UK HSE 1,2,3 cert before i move over there.. .. hope they are both going to be helpful? or should i just get the Nebosh.
.. or should i do Nebosh & Project Management course instead..(i cant do all ~ limited time & funds) .. i am also undergoing training as a gas fitter ~ to boost my chances .. am a cisco certified computer engineer ~ hardware, software & networking .. finally, i have a degree in Environmental pollution control but.. .. i want to make sure i have ample options when i arrive... .. sorry to bother Sir...its just that i have no one to discuss these things with.. .. thank you. Honestly your Cisco certification will help you far more than Nebosh and Project MGT ; that is if you have practical experience in IT support and wireless networking. |

Fhunkhy1: I noticed I've had insomnia(inability to sleep) for most of my life and I still do,, so my QUESTION is for fellow warriors or relatives of warriors who may be passing by
" Do YOU SUFFER FROM INSOMNIA "
For me I hardly have 5 hours of sleep at night mostly between 2 am and 7am.
.
PEACE ✌ ✌ ✌ Start by making adjustments to your Diet and Lifestyle. Take 4 sachets of water in the morning another 4 in the afternoon and then 2 sachets before dinner time. It is advisable that you have dinner latest 6pm. Take Aloe vera juice with honey. This will help you sleep naturally. If the above is not adequate for you then include: Chelated Cal- Mag, and Tre-en-en. You should soon be complaining of too much sleep. Shalom. |

@okrikaboi Nutriance balancing tonic would achieve your goal where others fail. But it is a bit pricey compared to other lotions because it is organic and as such very safe for use. However it does what it says. Google it.
You can also use Zee black soap for a tender skin.
If you need an organic product to even your skin tone, go for AmiTone. Ask your Dermatologist. Good for persons having vitiligo also. |

udomoh: A sickler shares story on how he survives sickle cell anemia. Truth be told, sickle cell can be dreadful.
For us living with sickle cell, information is vital. As today marks the World’s sickle cell day, These procedures have helped me overcome my deepest moments as a warrior and also helped me stay healthy! And I’m super certain it can do so for you. 1. Preventing Dehydration – I did one thing! Increase my water intake! I started taking nothing less than 5 litres of water daily! The thing is, sickle cell crisis most times is a reaction to low oxygen levels in the blood, which can be caused by extreme physical conditions and dehydration. Taking at least 4 liters of water daily, coupled with getting adequate rest is key to preventing crisis and staying on top of your game. 2. Avoiding your Triggers – This is also very helpful. Triggers are what leads to your crisis. For me, it’s dehydration, stress, infection, malaria and funny enough consuming too much of sweet things. 3. Diet – Foods play a large role too! Because as warriors, our body needs more nutrients than the average individual.I won’t be specific here, but make it a habit as a warrior to consume fruits and veggies on a daily basis! Your body needs folate to produce red blood cells, it needs protein and healthy fats to reduce anaemia symptoms and also it needs lots of antioxidants to fight infections! Don’t deny it! Lastly, it is our collective duty to help achieve a pain free society!
https://nimedhealth.com.ng/2019/06/19/he-survives-sickle-cell-anemia/?amp Thanks for this informative thread. It will certainly help lots of warriors and care givers. Let me add that the "Staying Healthy" strategy should be centered on three pillars: Testing- at least once a month; Diet- low carb with high fat, plenty of veggies ; and Supplements - this is super helpful these days if you get it right. Total body scan tells you where you are lacking and you complement with recommended supplement. Then Test again after a month to confirm that progress has been made and you continue based on new results to keep healthy and away from hospital admission. I hate such admission. Lastly GIVE THANKS. Yes let's thank Elohim for all the help and love we receive. |

Health › Re: Help: Constipation Is Killing Me by MissionRestore: 3:00pm On Jun 13, 2019 |
cowardafonja: The attached picture is the laxative that is working for me now. I take it once every 2 weeks. The medicine in the attached picture might have worse side effect than the constipation you are complaining about. The causes of most health challenges we suffer are 90% due to our diet and lifestyle. I will advise you adopt a low carb and high fat diet. Also I advice you drastically reduce your meat consumption and take more of fish or egg instead. Take 2 to 3 sachets of water immediately you wake up in the morning. And endeavor to use the toilet before going to work ( ie while having your bath). You can also take 3 tablespoon of extra virgin oil to aid bowel movement. Lastly, and most important is how you chew your food. DO NOT eat in a hurry. Ensure you chew your food very well to allow enough saliva mix before you swallow. This saliva is required for other activities that takes place in your bowel. If eating garri, vegetable rich soup is recommended. The above, I believe should help you instantly but if you need further guidance you can send me an SMS first. Mention your Nairaland name and case . 0.9.0.2.3.0.7. 3.3.6.7 God bless you. |
