It's absurd and ridiculous! People spending hundreds of thousands of naira didn't think it through at all. Is it not better to get a PGD in a university instead of converting your HND toma BSc? I don't think unlilag offers a degree conversion program likeLASU they offer postgraduate degrees in every course. That's what a lot of HND graduates opted for. That degree conversion is pure scam.
