@ biz2get: in as much as I sympathise with u he has delivered on many ovcassion I mean Lagtech and in some instance I think he has ran foul of some customers like your self and misslizzy but all the same take ur stand and demand of him what u want either outright refund if u r not intrested in d item again and keep it that way.....all fight settled.
@ Lagtech: to be honest with you I think your hands are full and these orders are overwhelming.take a week or two break from taking orders( I knw d pepper coming might not let u see that coming ) clean ur stables ,sort out all outstandings and take some few days off for urself also av plan a,b,c.....z for ur shipping cos that where is found wanting in ur biz.ask other people doing same biz like u here on NL ow do they delivered on there shippng ? Other guys rendering same services like yours delivers faster than u is not a hidden fact but everybody must hv a reason why they do biz with whoever they feel like doing biz with........always remeber a satisfied customer can bring in a customer but a disatisfy customer can take away 10 satisfied customer.

But because of this, I'm afraid to put money and I begin to hear stories. Other people that bought items from u before i did, have received theirs so my own shouldn't be different. Its either u send my laptop by next week or u give me back my money. I'm so highly disappointed. i have been patient enough. All these pranks has to stop.

lagtech: We ship several times by USPS now-so there are arrivals several times a week. We contact customers a day before pick up-to give them time to make arrangements.

USPS is 3 to 5 BUSINESS days. Most countries from the USA is 3 days. Something shipped on Thursday will land in Naija on Sunday or Monday. Nigeria is also 3 days-but it doesn't get through customs until after the 5th day-so a package shipped on a Thursday-(Saturday and Sunday are not counted) 5th day is the next week Thursday.

USPS has tracking and we monitor it.

Lagtech if I can't get my item this week, I wouldn't be happy with U, cuz the "next weeks" are becoming endless

USPS package sent on Tuesday has arrived. Pick should be tomorrow-but may be Monday or Tuesday -all depends on Customs. Normally in other countries-its just 3 days-but for Nigeria has been 5 days on the average.
