HedwigesMaduro: When are they going to call down fire to burn daddy freeze? At least, that's what their followers always insinuate. I don't know how it sounds when a "man of God" starts mudslinging with another man in public space. This is actually giving this freeze guy some traction that he shouldn't be having. How they are not getting this beats me. This is another wise comment I'm seeing.. They're giving him some traction actually, imagine people seeing freeze persecuted like this who ordinarily don't like him will now start thinking otherwise |

Folzye: Should I say freeze is obsessed with meddling into pastors comments or teachings, the other time it was about "tithing" and now it's about "family".
In this case I can't say he has done anything totally wrong but I don't think it is right for him to make pastor oyedepo's teaching look incomplete.
when he has his own church and can manage it well, until then.. He should desist from jumping into spiritual matters. Is the teachings of christ and we all as children of God have access to it |

agabusta: They dont have the resources. What is bedeviling the power industry is similar to the downstream petroleum industry.
The govt is pampering the masses and subsidising the sectors. Therefore investments there is not making sense for now.
The state govts do not have the financial resources for such investments that may not yield profit on the short term. They don't have the resources really? But how come canan land is able to generate their own light? Are they now richer than states? Tell me something |

olmoRoc: States have been talking about generating power for a long time. Lagos State under thief tinubu had a very bright idea and the power generation ship was supposed to have docked in the waters off the State. The very same idea that's been working effectively in Indonesia was what he proposed.
However, I don't think the arrangements were actually executed before the Canadian company, Enron, went bankrupt (Lagosians, please help!).
And that wasn't an excuse for not enlisting the services of other companies. It was the lack of the will to elevate the electorate who elected him and Lagosians in general.
Similarly, thief lucky igbinedion's first term in office was characterized by the incessant announcement of forging a partnership with Kogi State to enable both states generate power from the white elephant problem steel plant in Kogi State.
However, nothing ever came out of all the recommendations from the various adhoc committees which were constituted. If not for anything, lagos state can Atleast start it's own power generation and other states emulate |

agabusta: Sincerely, I doubt if Nigerians can pay.
A market breakthrough price will be.like 60/70naira per kw unit.
Nigerians were formerly paying between 21 and 30 naira before the recent increase. And even as at then, if they supply consistent 15hrs in a month, an average 3 bedroom family house will be paying like 30k at the end of the month.
If a true price is charged and there is 20hrs of power, an average 3-bedroom family house eill be paying 50/60k per month. There is nothing like you doubt if Nigerians can pay.. Electricity should be pay as you go using metres and if your recharge finishes then you won't have light.. Are you saying poor people in overseas also can't pay for their light? U sef reason am naw |

darediamond: International Powers That Be Are The One BEHIND NIGERIA'S MAJOR PROBLEMS.
Nigeria is Systematically being CHECMATED because if allowed to THRIVED, BRITAIN AND FRANCE grip on at least AFRICA continent is 1,000,000% gone!!
Nigeria have the HUMAN RESOURCES AND NATURAL RESOURCES CAPABILITIES TO BECOME A WORLD POWER OF AT LEAST A FULL FLEDGED REGIONAL WORLD POWER!!
BRITAIN AND FRANCE IS SEEING THIS IN NIGERIA ****and we Nigerians**** have demonstrated this and still demonstrating it till now!!
A small example is the minor bother closure which makes most WEST AFRICAN COUNTRIES start directly and indirectly begging US to please saanu aje! Imagine that!!
Now if Nigeria is left to develop properly without the interference of those 2 mentioned COLONIALISTS, what would have happened to there hand hold on Africa?
The Sabotage you are seeing here and there is not Ordinary. Behind the Scenes, it is internationally Organized.
Think about it: Howcome O.B.J a SOUTHERNER work to nearly erase Nigeria debt and increase Nigeria's foreign Researve but BUHARI is working on the contrary?
Link the dots and you will get the Bigger Picture Well I understand your point.. On the issue of Buhari, he's clueless and possibly doesn't know what he's doing.. But even south Africa, Egypt and several other African countries have stable light, I think besides the colonialists, the faulty Nigerian leadership counts very much |

Arrewa: stop deceiving yourself man.
Do you know how expensive land is in the east??
Do you know how many millions it cost to get a hectare of land in the east??
I knew all these when we were there to establish an agro deport in enugu.
The east need land... That's why east have been killing each other over 3 hectare of land Better to pay more to get a well secured land in Enugu than to pay for useless bandits infested land in the north.. People on zamfara, kano, katsina and sokoto and even Southern kaduna can't even farm again.. That's the bitter truth |

Agayarigom na ala igbo... Ga nenyaria Anya nke Oma
You people are struggling for land to build house not for Agriculture Northern rice is the worst in quality.. If bandits don't kill u before harvest sef.. Don't near North invest in East.. You can invest in Ebonyi or Enugu |

bigpriik: Just want to know the agricultural capapability of ebony , especially if mechanized agriculture is applied ,can ebonyi produce 1 million bags of rice In a single planting season? Yes Ebonyi and Enugu are very much available for mechanized rice farming.. There is a place called oduma in Aninri LGA and Adani, in Enugu they plant rice there too Don't go to the north.. Don't mind Arrewa.. Bandits will kill u in the north |
Politics › Re: Is Ebonyi State Capable Of Producing 1 Million Bags Of Rice? by Mistakemaker: 8:00pm On Sep 06, 2020 |
Arrewa: Ebonyi state is the only state in the south east with fertile land to farm rice and their government has invested so much in the Agricultural sector but unfortunately... They don't have enough land to feed the whole state.
They still depend on northern rice to survive... Ebonyi rice is very expensive and very low in quality to compare to northern rice.
That's why even within Ebonyi... They rush Arewa rice.
When it comes to Agriculture... Leave it for the north No farming in the north again.. Bandits have taken over the lands.. Ebonyi and Enugu are the next destinations for mechanised agriculture |

Darestc2k12: To have 24/7 electricity is a very simple all we need is political will. First state and local government must allowed by law to generate and distribute their via private/public partnership.
Secondly, all discos must be mandated to supply prepaid meters to every household / flats and rooms. They should MAKE PREPAID METERS AVAILABLE LIKE PHONES in TELECOM sector.
Thirdly, solar energy, wind energy and free energy should be encouraged and made cheaper by all levels of government. Import duties on these products should be zero.
POLITICAL WILL is very crucial. You're right.. I think is political will to do the right things |
