Fake! It's all handiwork of Yahaya Bello! |
Come please come to Jikwoyi Extension, behind the old Sarinawa filling station. One valington estate is using thugs, juju and armed terrorists to take over people's lands. Retired civil servants, widows, businessmen, and women have all lost their lands to this rogue. Come and give us hope. We trust you, Honourable Minister, Sir. |
Chingyyy878:You talk like a kid with ragging hormones. |

Come to Jikwoyi Extension Sir. Valington estate people are oppressing and taking over people's lands and converting the lands to their estate. Thousands have lost their properties to these thugs and thieves masquerading as real estate companies. Wike it is only you that we are looking up to. |

He need to start with Jikwoyi Ext Lands first. Those land grabbers that have taken over people's lands needs to be expelled. They used thugs to maim and hurt people because they want to chase the real owners away. They hired some thugs and killer boys from Nasarawa to come attack people coming to check on their lands. Those land grabbers needs to leave. |
9jahotblog:I love the fact that you are assuming that Accord Party doesn't have structures across the LGAs. You guys should keep underestimating others. |
9jahotblog:Why are you scared? Accord Party will produce the next Kogi State Governor. Take this to the bank. |

This man is the most capable to wrestle power from Yahaya Bello. Bello is so brutal that Kogi 2019 election was tagged the bloodiest election in the history of the country. He is also equipped with experience to deliver on the dividend of democracy. |
https://thebureau.com.ng/wp-content/uploads/2023/07/ezgif.com-webp-to-png-1170x784.png The Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (Commission) has announced that it will begin an investigation into Lagos point-of-sale vendors over possible price manipulation. The Executive Vice Chairman, Babatunde Irukera, revealed this in a statement on Wednesday. Recall that the Lagos Chapter of the Association of Mobile Money and Bank Agents in Nigeria (AMMAN) announced an increase in transaction service fees. In response to the increase in PoS service fees, the FCCPC asserted that its establishment statute forbids price fixing in order to protect Nigerians' interests. The Commission emphasized that it is improper for PoS operators to allegedly fix service fees. Consumers were advised by the Commission to give accurate and reliable information to aid in investigations and enforcement. The Federal Competition & Consumer Protection Act of 2018 expressly forbids any price-fixing or agreements between undertakings (whether bilaterally or multilaterally) or by undertakings acting in concert on a platform or under the auspices of an association to fix prices, coordinate supply, or any other commercially sensitive factors that can restrict or significantly prevent competition or otherwise distort the market. "Setting prices disrupts the market, inhibits innovation and efficiency, and benefits no one but the participants in such criminal plots or behavior, at the expense of consumers or other firms. When there is sufficient proof that a company has engaged in, or is currently participating in, any such prohibited conduct or arrangement either directly or indirectly, the Commission will work to enforce the law to the fullest extent possible. The FCCPA imposes stiff penalties for cartels or any similar coordinated or collusive conduct among competitors, even at association levels. The Commission has also launched an investigation to make sure the alleged statement made by AMBANN isn't inaccurate or wholly representative. The Commission said it will "take relevant regulatory steps to address the conduct in accordance when evidence establishes that the statement is factually accurate. https://thebureau.com.ng/2023/07/07/federal-government-to-investigate-pos-vendors-over-price-fixing/ |
