The court has a mandate not to interfere with internal party issues. INEC recognized David Mark as ADC Chairman, an occasion where Nafiu himself was present. The court was supposed to throw out Nafiu's case and fine him, but of course we know what the intention was.

For Tinubu supporters like you to be trying to downplay and explain dictatorship away, you're all guilty of trying to destroy democracy. Nigerians will remember that when all this is over.

The court registrar has no powers to refuse a case. All he does is to file the case (either good or bad) . The case had not been tried. The plaintiff was seeking an interlocutory injunction (exparte motion) but the judge refused it and placed the respondent on notice! Is that interference?

Oga stop spewing ignorance with confidence! Once a case is of criminal nature, it's no longer a matter between the plaintiff and the accuse but a case between government and the accuse. The plaintiff only acts as witness. It's only civil case that the plaintiff will take the matter up.

What this has shown to us is that democracy is working. Oppositions and their likes can use the instruments of government to fight for their rights or injustice. Therefore, when people are arrested for making false claims about government officials, no one should say government is draconian or a dictatorship

The court is not suppose to interfere in the internal affairs of political parties, right! So even if their constitution is being violated, the court should not interfere, right! Then stop calling Tinubu's name in such matters! Let those with power take over. Since you feel the fight is now for the strongest, then let Tinubu take over everywhere.

I don't know what this thread is trying to achieve! But one thing is clear. This statistic is false. They say "the validity of a result is determined by the accuracy of it's premises". For the result to be accurate and valid, you have to define the meaning of "doctor"! We have two types or doctors. Orthodox and traditional. So you have to indicate the one you're talking about. If it is the general word "doctor", we have more native doctors in Nigeria than the total number of doctors in the UK combined.
