2023Blessed:
If you condemned the soldiers who were clearly following orders and carried out the shootings at Lekki Toll Gate during the END SARS protests but now support soldiers who are carrying out orders from a retired service chief over a private plot of land that is under the purview and administration of the FCT Minister, then you require urgent psychiatric evaluation and even bi-polar medications ASAP.

You all deserve how you are treated as Nigerians. Because you don't like Tinubu or Wike (both of whom I detest too), you think it is okay for military men to stop the Minister from carrying out his lawful duty as the "most senior official of the FCTA".

People with small data and warped opinions will tell you military follow orders, but we are talking land use administration here, a land allocated to a private citizen in the FCT.

These people will never seize to amaze me. If I hear pim about Lekki Massacre again. The soldiers were gallant and were following orders. Since y'all want to be silly.
Stop talking nonsense! No one was massacred in Lekki toll gate!

Obi deliberately and intentionally destroyed public education in Anambra state! How can a governor be finding private schools while public schools were in bad shape. The other day, it was revealed that over 70 communities has no public school of any sort. Yet 400 SUVs were secured for royal fathers! Some of whom had no public school in their domain.

Ogemdiozoemenam:
LP's Moghalu rejects Soludo re-election victory, alleges gross irregularities

By OGEMDI OZOEMENAM, Awka

The Governorship candidate of the Labour Party (LP) in the just concluded November 8, 2025 election in Anambra State, Chief (Dr) George Moghalu, has rejected the outcome of the exercise that gave victory to the incumbent Governor, Prof Charles Soludo of the All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA).

He rejected the outcome of the election in its entirety, citing irregularities such as underage voting, vote buying and selling, voter intimidation, among other infractions.

Briefing newsmen in his hometown Uruagu Nnewi country home on Sunday afternoon, the LP candidate said, "The election was not free, fair and credible. There are cases of vote buying. In many cases, result sheets were not there, but elections were going on. Cases like that abound with evidences. On the social media, you see people carrying money and giving money.

"There were also cases of voter intimidation. In Idemili North, one of my major supporters was beaten to stupor; but that shouldn't happen. They came to pick him up from his house but he resisted, so, they beat him black and blue.

"INEC has their own shortcomings and failures. Security agencies, on their own, assured us of protection. That was why they sent 45,000 policemen, over 20 CPs, AIGs, DIGs and so on; but at the end of the day, they were not able to stop vote buying. Vote buying was everywhere; it was visible. The truth is that the entire process was faulty. Vote buying was at an alarming rate in the November 8 governorship election.

"Another issues that came up during the election was underage voting. There were people that supposed not posses voters cards, but they did. Where did they get it? They got it from INEC. People in INEC registered them, and you understand the implication. The implication is that underage voters are susceptible to manipulation and being guided.

"Again, in many areas, LP logo was in the ballot paper, but the name is not there. There are people who may know the name but wouldn't know the logo. All these infractions are issues that marred the election."

He said that party and campaign organization would analyse the issues critically and know what steps to take.###

It's nothing to a man but as a lady, your whole existence and value and decency and public perception is all based on the sanctity of your body.

Did you know the world's largest churches can hold up to 100,000 worshippers?
Churches argue that these massive auditoriums serve not just as places of worship, but as economic ecosystems, employing architects, engineers, artisans, and creating temporary and permanent jobs during and after construction.
Critics counter that the same billions could fund factories, tech hubs, schools, or hospitals, creating sustainable, long-term employment and industrial growth.

BP - 126, I wonder who are the people with Blood Pressure voting that party. By the way, which one is Sowore party? That party should be renamed to PPP - Protesters People Party now .
As for the coalition I think they are still coalating and out of a total of a well over 500k votes, they only managed to coalate just 8k and little more.
How about our Obi's Local Government if I may ask? His people rejected his candidate and his party?

I think it's safe to say that if Atiku chose him as his deputy if he eventually joined the coalition, it will be a miracle because from what we can see here, many Obi supporters have become Obi-Sense and left that zombie movement having seen what a true leader requires in Nigeria. You can't be well educated and not support Tinubu bold reforms even though it painful for now. Finally, I realized donating millions to beautiful girls in nursing schools isn't a well calculated political move. They collect the money, smile to the camera and laugh after his departure.
APC coming second though cannot be overlooked in a region where they got just 2% in the 2023 presidential election.
Am I the only one who sees the carcass of PDP in the southeast election for the first time?
All the above boiled down to one undisputed fact: 2027 is a walk in the park for Tinubu. Argue with your borrowed data.

You even go on a peace talk with the terrorists and not just that, the person you held in detention and saying he committed the crimes, you have never seen him with a local mundane gun talk more of with Ak 47....

But the one killing massively and going about with their weapons , grenades , mack 4, etc , you call them for peace talks and also give them security to go back to their forest hideouts ..

Politics › Re: Are You Insane? You Cannot Convict Me. I Am Nnamdi Kanu - IPOB Leader (Video) by Misterone: 10:39am On Nov 08, 2025
Barrister Sunny Ezeh wrote:

Let’s look at Nnamdi kanu issue with legal clarity rather than sentiments.

First, on the claim that the Supreme Court ordered that the charges be amended; that’s not accurate. The apex court never made any such order.

What the Supreme Court did was remit the matter back to the Federal High Court for trial, after affirming that the court had jurisdiction to hear the case.

If the Supreme Court had found the charges defective or the trial unlawful, it would have struck out the case entirely.

Instead, it held that whatever procedural irregularities that occurred during Kanu’s rendition did not rob the court of jurisdiction to try him. That judgment effectively revalidated the trial process, not nullified it.

Second, the argument that Kanu’s trial is based on a repealed law is also misplaced.

The Terrorism Prevention (Amendment) Act 2013 was replaced by the Terrorism (Prevention and Prohibition) Act 2022, but the latter law includes a saving clause.

Section 70 of the 2022 Act expressly states that any charge, investigation, or prosecution commenced under the previous law remains valid as though instituted under the new one.

This means the ongoing case did not suddenly become invalid simply because a new statute was enacted. Courts apply the corresponding provisions of the new law where necessary.

Third, on the issue of jurisdiction, it’s important to note that this has been settled long ago.

The question of whether the Federal High Court has jurisdiction was raised before Justice Binta Nyako, taken to the Court of Appeal, and finally to the Supreme Court; and each of these courts affirmed that the Federal High Court retains jurisdiction to try Kanu.

In law, once the Supreme Court decides an issue, it becomes res judicata; meaning it is final and cannot be reopened or argued again in the same case.

Finally, the court gave Kanu multiple opportunities to open his defence, in full compliance with Section 36 of the Constitution on fair hearing. He refused, insisting on rearguing issues that had already been conclusively settled.

The judge had no choice but to foreclose his defence and move the case to judgment. Justice must run its full course; not just for the defendant, but also for the many victims of the violence linked to the activities under trial.

In summary, the Supreme Court did not order any amendment of charges, the law under which he is being tried is still valid, and the issue of jurisdiction has been conclusively settled.

What remains now is for the court to deliver judgment based on the facts and evidence properly before it.

Exactly!
It is the job of the prosecution to tell Kanu, the defendant the law he has broken and by making their submission to the court.
They already made their submission. They have no reason to reply Kanu unless he opens his defence. There're procedures in court. The prosecutor can only respond when Kanu opens his defence because whatever Kanu has been saying will be expunged from the judgement. It is not part of it.
