Politics › Re: Third Mainland Bridge Surveillance Cost ₦2.5 Billion Not ₦40 Billion by Misterone: 9:17am On Jan 13
Lithiumite:
I wonder why no one has refused to see the significant improvement on road infrastructure around that axis.....take a drive across lagos major roads at night and see how lit up they are, lekki to epe is still one of the best roads in this country which has experienced massive improvements, this are great things being done but the coalition of disgruntled politicians and their supporters will never acknowledge......I don't like obi and can't vote for him but I would still give him accolades from opening onitsha up from the head bridge down to npkor round about, what he did on that carriage way was a spectacular job and he deserves the accolades.
Oga stop talking nonsense that road (head bridge to Nkpor) is a federal road don by GEJ not Obi. Obi himself said it that he was the one that facilitated the construction of that road from Abuja

KobolanderSegun:
A man has applied for a job for two companies that do the same thing.

Which job should the man take ?
(A) The one that offers him a higher salary or (B) The one that offers him a lower salary ?

A man vows to stay on a Mobile network then the mobile network has financial issues and the man can no longer browse

Should he
(a) stay without internet
(b) Jilt the mobile network for a more stable ( richer network )

Your Answers Prove Women are morally right to date and Marry The Highest Bidder
Utter rubbish! You cannot compare relationships with commodities! Make the comparison with family ties then! Can you change siblings?

Kaczynski:
Finally a country that understands basic infrastructure maintenance. Maybe if we spent less time being shocked and more time not living like feral raccoons we’d have clean roads too. But no let’s just keep marveling at competence like it’s magic.
Oga, stop talking nonsense! Rwanda is a small country. The kilometres of roads in that country will not even be up to that in Anambra state! Try thinking of the logistics needed to wash from lagos to Enugu.

Oga, you should go and try understanding the meaning of the word "UNDER RECOVERY" and how it came about before asking this question. Also, note that there was a reconciliation before this debt was written off. Ask yourself, who were members of the reconciliation committee. You should stop spreading Propagandists threads. If you had done your research, you would know the the 36 state commissioners of finance are members of FAAC.

Politics › Re: EFCC Dismisses Bala Mohammed’s Persecution Claims As Wild by Misterone: 8:03pm On Jan 02
AMINDA:
EFCC now behaves like a political party. What's the update on the case of Tinubu’s renewed hope ambassador, Ifeanyi Okowa and on Kogi Central's senatorial aspirant, Yahaya Bello? The incoming government in 2027 will have a lot of clean-up to do. Our institutions have all been desecrated. There was so much media trial on Malami accusing him of 250 billion naira fraud but he was only charged to court on an 8 billion naira claim.
EFCC is not an information ministry! Tell the journalism community not to be picky about the news they share
Politics › Re: Be Honest: After Nearly Three Years In Office, Does Tinubu Deserve Reelection? by Misterone: 10:42pm On Jan 01
Most of the commenters on this thread are from a political WhatsApp group. After discussing their rubbish and vile hatred in their group chat, they come here to air it while pretending to be patriotic. You can see that clearly! The original poser said not tangible but others followed with blind support.

Kukutente23:
Did Tinubu let them?
See story! Who was Tinubu before he became president? Was he the CDS or the commander in chief of the armed force or the SP or the IGP or an official of the government? No. He was just a politician like Obi and Atiku! Now, I ask, can Obi or Atiku stop anything the president wants to do? No. If you cannot lead, clear road for those who can. You want to blame the president for all the bad things that's happening but you prefer to give excuses when good things happen! Hypocrites

You must have also heard of covid support fund under same Buhari
You should have also heard of ecological support fund under Jonathan

Oga, no state got 30 billion naira at a go! This is a first. Most support funds are usually done in tranches of 3 to 5 billion

Politics › Re: FG Writes Off $1.42bn, N5.57tn NNPC Debt by Misterone: 11:48am On Dec 29, 2025
Most of you did not see where it was written that the debt was written off after reconciliation between the FG and NNPC. Money's like this belongs to the federation. Therefore the FG could not have written it off without the consent of the states and LG

Did you read this part in the previous thread or that your thing has started to you

Anyone with half a brain can see that Fayose lied.
The same clown claimed Makinde was angry because he didn't get a ministerial slot
There was no 50bn donation. More importantly, it's now more obvious that these monies are given to opposition states to cajole or coerce them into the ruling party which if they refuse, it becomes an instrument of blackmail.
Same FG that's quick to announce donations to APC states which usually turn audio did not announce this particular donation and I can see their zombies already pushing the blame on the gov for not announcing the donation made to the state.
When Mokwa flood disaster happened in Niger state, the FG announced a donation but the state never received it
When the flooding in Maiduguri occurred, same FG was quick to announce donation which also turned audio and even led to fracas
Now the same FG gave 30bn to an opposition state and kept mum only to later send a minion to the press with some tales in a bid to silence the gov
One can now see why the likes of Wole Soyinka find it difficult to criticize the govt now like they did others in the past
APC's plan to force a one party state will fail eventually and zombies will be ashamed.
Fake stomach infrastructure patriots everywhere
Stop talking nonsense! Show me any other president that gave a governor 30 billion naira as support!
Politics › Re: What Is The Monies Collected By Agberos On Roads Used For? by Misterone: 10:56pm On Dec 28, 2025
obonujoker:
Please can anyone specify what the monies collected by Agberos from public transporters are being used for?

Almost every bus stop or keke stop, you'd always see these young boys running after keke or bus, sometimes they collect 1k or 5H from buses, and 2H from Keke.

Is the government collecting the monies from these boys? Because almost all bus stops in Lagos are packed with refuse, something that was not possible during Fashola and Ambode tenures... The roads are also bad. These Agberos cannot wear good clothes.

So what is the money used for?
If you know what the money collected by Labour is used for, then you know what Agbero money is used for. Sometime ago, we all learnt that NUPENG or was it PENGASSAN, collects N50,000 per truck loaded from the various depots. We learnt that their chairman has a permanent chalet at NICON NOGA hotel. You can see what the money is used for. To massage the blokos of senior officials of these organisations.
