Personally I dnt think it is a big deal. Really think any guy should be able to approach a girl and say hi. When I get a rude response from a girl, I just think it is her choice or she is in a foul mood and I let her be. In some rare instances I basically enlighten her that she doesn't hve to be rude that she could make her disapproval known in a tactful manner.
