how does saving Tony stark from space and attending his funeral boosts Captain marvel's popularity? The avengers plotted hunting Thanos in the avengers HQ which I'm pretty sure doesn't have TV cameras everywhere broadcasting neither do they have a social media officer tweeting their plans and posting pictures online so you are grasping at straws comrade.
