Please i need your honest advice here..
I registered my company in 2009, its a telecom/Construction Project company
We have made a little progress in terms of creating business history, profile ETC
Now i have 2 guys now that wants to join me based on this little history we have created
They are requesting for equal sharing between all of us, because they are bringing in New multiple accounts/businesses that would really blow up the company.
What do you guys advice? Shld go ahead and share the company equally with them? or i hold on to the shares and keep pushing till the break comes?

There is need to draw the Attention of Stake holders in the building industry to alternative Energy and Conservation.
Architects need to incorporate this from the inception of any project.
In general , the use of Traditional Materials in building help in retaining and generation of energy in building
eg the use or bricks. Bricks makes the inner spaces of building warm during the cold seasons and make its cold during the hot seasons.other trad. materials are wood, tach etc

Then the size of our spaces. we dont need to make our spaces too big than neccessary. so that the cost of cooling, heating and powering will not be more that neccessary. aesthetically it would even be easier to decocorate smaller spaces with quality materials to taste.

Solar power can be incoporated into our designs, eg using Photovoltaic solar panels. Roof cold be angled towards the sun so that the solar pannells cld receive maximum sunlight to power the building.
Very good site analysis is important so that u can know which part of the building shld have big openings and which part of the building shld have small openings. in some cases smaller oppenings are more effective.

Insulation: sometimes high pitched roofs helps with good insulating ceilling materials ,so before heat penetrates from the roofing mat. to the cieling and then to the occupants it wld hve bn regulated. proper installation of doors and windows to avoid escape  of energy.


Landscaping of the the environment this shld be done from the earlly stage of the construction so that by the time the building is completed they wld hve grown and wld provide the neccessary shade to the building

Choice of Colours for painting, some colours attracts heat while some repells, these can be used as required,

i am architect and i am gainfully employed in a reputable organisation, though not in line with what i studied in school but i am well paid.
I am passionate about enterprenurship or running my own bussiness, although i still practice architecture  a lilltle bit part time but sometimes my job requires i travel for a long time, so i hve little or noo time to follow up my private clients or work on this personal projects.
Wht do i do? can i still start or run a bussiness while still employed. since i still need this salary i earn to grow the bussiness. i also consider travelling out to do my masters abroad then come back quickly to Nigeria.
My ultimate goal is to be my own boss. but with d uncertainties of this country i thinkk it requires critical analysis.
starting a bussiness when u are not fully on ground is also very risky.

With the outcome of these Governorship Elections It is clear that those Kabals that call themselves Political Godfathers in Nigerian politics are loosing there grips.
Eg Olushola Saraki in Kwara, Obj in Ogun. all these pples candidates have lost in this election.
Akala also lost to ACN, Kwankwaso is returning to Gorvernment house in Kano. Senate is getting more opposition parties on seat.
I think with these combination we are heading towards the right direction.

Whenever its works for like 1 hr or a relatively long distance and the engine is hot especially hot afternoons.
It jst goes off , when u restart it starts but wont move fast any more, it would be in like gear one or two (automatic).
if i off the engine and allow it to cool off it picks up normally and moves very fast again.
When this prob. started i tot it was over heating so i changed the radiator fan from the thermostat mode to normal i made them off the check engine light with computer but still its still doing the same thing. and it always shows maintanance required b4, even if i do the service but now the maintenance required light blinks for a longer time.
now a mechanic tested the car with an electronic device like a computer so it detected that silencer sensor and one other sensor needs to be changed. but i dont think thats d problem cos some other pple said its the fuel pump some say its the gear box and some say its the nozzles, pls i need your advise on what to do cos d car is less than a year old. pls pls
