The information that some contract staff were called for experienced hire role is false cos I reached out to some of them and they confirmed that there's nothing like that.

Oh yeah, 99% reliable.

First phone call interview is just like a chats, the recruiter want to confirm or verify something from you and is not necessary everyone must received it.

But the second phone interview mails which is expected to last for about 45 minutes or 1 hour is the main interview. They are sending the mails in batches for each role applied. If some people from your role received mails for phone calls interview and you didn't received any then your application is not successful after reviewing.

I have no idea yet. But whether they used second test or total average or percentile, we shouldn't bother ourself with the cut off mark. Because, "Selection is usually based on performances of the candidates from their respective states".

Yeah, Cut off mark is 50% confirmed but when the failure is high they reduces the cut off mark and pick based on performance. Just to avoid giving the job to a particular state or region.
