Pls I need assistance regarding translating PCC. I requested for Norwegian PCC in English cos I spend over 2 years there. However, the PCC was sent in their language. Is there a way I can get any certified translator in Nigeria or can I do the translation myself and get it notarized? Thanks.

Nigeria is a destiny killer and destroyer. That was how futa refused to respond to mail from Norway about certificates confirmation. And you see them shouting investors up and down

It's so unnerving how Nigerian universities run their system. I experience similar issue when a university in Norway offered me a provisional admission but university of Ilorin did not respond to mail sent to them for certificates confirmation. The admission was later annulled due to their lack of response.

Simply put, Grace is getting what you do not deserve while Mercy is not getting what you deserve. For example, a sinner receive MERCY from the punishment of the sins he/she should ideally be punished for. While for grace, God'd GRACE is sufficient for you where/when you are limited.

I'm wondering if it's necessary for one to take TOEFL exam for admission into US universities for Phd. I already have a Msc degree from an English taught university in Europe.
