NAS does not take in members of psuedo confraternities, exceptions were made for people in the past with news paper publications that unequivocally renounce such organizations, prospective members are furthermore required to sever all ties with their hitherto psuedo confraternity.

Shalom

That one is on paper. I am telling you that many members of those so-called pseudo confrats are in NAS. The process doesn't filter them as it should. Thankfully, they are within check. Recall the recent saga with Seadogs on the Level or so where some SDs almost formed a parallel organisation based on Masonry and NAS. Also recall that some SDs with BAN heritage were also trying to do something but were quickly discovered. They are currently under investigation. Cases abound of SDs with other affiliation. Many are silent but some are loud. They are always discovered before their ships can sail.

At the stroke of 12 noon, came a supersonic boom
One week, one idiot, was the theme
This week was different, this propagandist had a dream
To brainwash as many gullible as he could
Feed them lies and half-truths like you give a child food
Alas! Someone believes he will join a cult group to become elected
At the end of the day, he'll be rejected, dejected
"Brothers! Brothers!! Una no go help me?"
"Your mama no dey here, your papa no dey here", they chorused
"All man for himself", and they disembarked
Man was so confused, betrayed, and he was a man that was so focused
Oh, the evils of cultism. . . . embarassed

I like your poem, I nor go lie
But na inside NAS, I go live and die
My pallies dey help me in many ways
And na dem dey derio my bones
I rather be a seadog than be a lobber
Last last, na me go marry your daughter
And for the marriage, sea dogs go jazz in
If e pain you, make you nor attend the wedding.

thanks bro, i do not have much to ask, u already answered the questions i will have asked in your previous post. i will have joined free mason but its too spritual for me. my only concern is that i am seeing an influx of young guys in nas presently, these type of people might adulterate it in tie to come.

Freemason is not even spiritual grin grin. If you dey find spiritual na amorc. Freemason na normal fraternal paroles, like confra sef. Just more matured, decent and organised.

As for the influx of young men into seadogs, that na because NAS dey find people to groom and take over in the future. Dey nor wan make the thing end with the old people mey full inside now. They even remove NYSC discharge requirement. Who dey serve fit join now.

Wahala must dey come for any gathering. Even for church sef, wahala dey happen. But NAS dey take time to groom the young dogs. Old dogs dey mentor them and so far, wahala never dey. How person wey don graduate and get work go dey fine wahala to cause grin grin. Even if you never dey farm (work), you go observe yourself and the stress wey you take join NAS before you even enter egbe.

Only the money you spend for xmassing nor go allow who nor get future to join sef.

lol this one loud o. lets wait for them elders to answer because me na NAS i dey plan to blend next month

If this is true, you'll not really regret it. NAS dey call am "Xmassing", not "blending". NAS is now more like a social club than confra. Secrets nor even dey inside again. When you finish xmas, you go be deckhand. For one year, you nor go fit talk for MITs. Zero barking for you. NAS dey bark "Ahoy Seadogs!". Deck names or pyratical names dey start with "Ahoy" too.

After some time, you go gravitate to weather beaten, brime stone coated, and then become a tortugades after many years of sailing.

Inside NAS, you find kings, professors/academics, career workers, bankers, businessmen, politicians, etc.

If you have questions about NAS, ask and I'll answer here for you. This applies to others too.

i have a question guys. we all belive or are made to believe that NAS aka pyrates dont indulge in fights .
now lets say a pyrate is in a club and a normal fight ensues with another guy who happens to be a cultist too. say aye, or baga or ban. the fight gets serious to the extent where the guy beats the nas guy to coma, or maybe kills him accidentally in the process, will nas go for retaliation?
verse versa, lets say a stubborn nas beats a baga or aye or any other cultist to coma or death, will they also come for nas members for revenge? i am asking because i have never heard of these guys having a way or killing before

NAS go use police, army, or any other security agency to wage their war. They won't physically engage AT ALL. Na so their paroles just be.

Sea dogs don big pass violence. If you be seadog and na you cause wahala, you are O.Y.O. Nobody go even reason you. Las las, dem go jazz you spot sef and you go take money or time to bleach am. They have zero tolerance for violence. If na another confra find wahala, dem go arrest the specific persons involved or use lawyer take sue the the corporate organisation of the frat if e reach that point. NAS get many lawyers and judges wey go make sure say they win the case.

Also know say many bucanneers, aye, vikings, etc dey sea dogs too. NAS nor dey say if you must be seadog, you must not join other group or be their member. However, you must be a graduate with NYSC or currently on NYSC and dem go personally screen and observe you. I personally know other confra members wey dey sea dogs. We also get freemasons, ogboni, amorc, etc inside sea dogs.

Cult no dey private schools, at least the top ones, not all these roadside private schools

Make that guy talk another lie

Just because there are little to no activities nor mean say confra nor dey there. Sometimes, the more you look, the less you see o. I can bet my testicles say at least 5 confra members dey every single private university for naija. UNILORIN and OAU go get at least 50 members per confra sef.

If you say no activity, na because you nor know dem and dem nor dey fight.

You attended/worship St. Augu(Ogor, the god KK reverence)stine church(plantation, name of school), Uyo(plantation in Uyo)?

Nawao. Things dey happen o. For normal church again, cultists don collobi matters. This is why we shouldn't rush and answer questions we don't understand.

231-primarily a numerical code whose corresponding position in the alphabets are BCA. Consequently adopted by Buccaneers Confraternity and converting the 'A' to 'N' in Buccaneers '13:13' capping code used to represent their initials BCN(B u-C ca- N eers), patterns for whistling, knocking on members doors etc. Occasionally, members discretely flaunt their BAN membership on social media with this particular numerical code disguised with the bible passage "Psalm 23:1-The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want" but a scrutiny will reveal the concealed message which is "Psalm (23:1)-The (sea)Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want".

101-a numerical code adopted by Buccaneers Confraternity to spite Pyrates Confraternity's code OIO(O das I s O das) by interchanging the positions of the letters&pronunciation of alphabets to numbers (OIO-IOI-101). Usually represented by folding the fist excluding the index and last fingers to form the two horns symbol or using the index and middle fingers to form a 'v' shape placed on the eye. Also used by members to identify one another at public places like bars through sitting position, drink bottles position etc.

I've composed a detailed post on how to effortlessly identify cultists around you&me, especially on your social media friends lists, through their individual cult group symbols, which will aid you to be more careful and #saynotocultism, but couldn't drop it due to the inability of the Nairaland site algorithm to display almost all the symbolic emojis. Nevertheless, in order to avert these derailing arguments, while we await more updates from @monicar if he so chooses to, @cultismkills and @notocult or any other remorseful person(cultist) willing to share experience can commence but for easy comprehension, kindly ensure your story follows the pattern I've always quoted to encourage aspiring members&undergraduates to #saynotocultism.

How do they even represent 101 in seating positions or beer bottles?

These people sef. They mean business.

I don't really know much about the Red skins but I do know about the Green landers and Icelanders. Both are offshoots of the vikings. The JVC or De well was formed as a result of the SVC trying to rival the Debam nowadays known as the Bobos who were actually another splinter group from the Klansmen of Unical as a street and creek wing of their university counterparts, the KKK or Klans men of calabar. These groups wanted to get their own piece of the oil money through bunkeries, kidnapping of foreign oil workers etc. But the JVC or Dewell formed by the SVC couldn't match up with the Debam so the SVC partnered with Ateke Tom's NDV militants to form the Icelanders or Germans (Jahmans). The Icelanders outnumbered the Debam (Bobos) 3 to 1 ans did a lot of damage. This period was bloody in the Delta (Bayelsa, Rivera state).

The Icelanders still control a lot of places in PH with the Debam rivaling them as well as the outlaws and the Red skin, there was even a group called the Elegem face but there are no more Sha. The Greenlanders are said to have split from the Icelanders at the year 2013 but I don't believe that, I've been hearing of them since 2003 anyway the Icelanders, Greenlanders, Debam and Vikings are the four major groups wrecking havoc in Bayelsa although Bayelsa is said to be majorly controlled by the Greenlanders. The Icelanders are said to have formed their own splinter groups mainly the Klaint force, Black city, Glemment Boys, Glemment Girls etc. New groups are sprinting up as time goes and all of them are practicing vikings culture eg the Chineke boys of Down Yenagoa. In the south there's a thin line between street slang and Viking OT. And people mix both a lot and its seen as OK.

All these plenty cults for just inside Bayelsa and Port Harcourt? shocked shocked shocked. No wonder the crime rate there is high.

It's great that you want to help my research. I'm actually interested in knowing how members learn the language (the encrypted one, that is). Do you go for special classes or you are taught at initiations? Do all BAN members know the language very well? Can you have a full discussion with the language? I want to know how central the "cappings" are to Bucanneer communication.

This one na questionnaire o grin cheesy. The thread don turn classroom.
