Men who complain about women being manipulative with craving are either unreasonable or they have women in their life who did that.

When I was pregnant, I couldn't even cook talking eating the food I eat. I must not smell food even while eating if not I vomit all; vomiting became as norm as drinking water.

Interesting part is I run a catering service company and that time was a busy period for me but I had no choice but to cancel every single job...

It's a time when we do not have control over our body. God bless every good woman out there.

If you can, try to stay off preservatives-ladened cereal and try making purees for your baby.
You can keep in the refrigerator or freezer.
You can check YouTube for so many options especially with the age ranges.

A month... Mama please don't stress yourself out. Just keep doing what you can to help the tummy go down but don't stress about It.

A years after I gave birth, it still looked like I was preggy. I was feeling self-conscious at first but later got over it, sebi na born I born.

It just came down lastyear not like it's flat sef.


Point is: please take your time and do what works for you. 1month is still too fast for you to worry about.

Kisses to your baby. Rest well. Take enough fluids.

I also experience same at 38week mama. Meanwhile I'm an advocate for consulting with your dr before using anything.
Sometimes heartburn persist coz of the need to vomit; I get relief at times when I puke. But if you really want to use it;

Modified: as mama lifted.hands said; try taking warm milk with honey (it works for me at times); drink lots of water. And of course using pillow to prop up your head; can't even remember the last I slept with propping up my head and back.

Hey mama. Well I'm not using this brand but the one I'm using is equally giving me same issues with yours. I feel it's manufacturer's error or reduced quality that causes these issues.
I have gone back to using my normal pot which is a bit faster than the supposed pressure pot.

Pls who among us is using this particular brand of pressure pot. I just bought this one a month ago and I tell u it has not been cooking under pressure at all. No difference between it and ordinary pot. The fume keeps escaping. Tried changing d ring with d spare DT came with it still no difference. Its really frustrating as I'm trying to manage my gas this one DT gas is now expensive. Pls any idea of what to do or is there something I should do DT I'm not doing. Need ur advice/suggestions pls.

Present oh cappo. Been away for awhile, just read through posts from august. Seem to have more energy these days, though swollen feet has started. Have to be sleeping with my legs elevated, it's not so comfy jare. I know it will all be worth it in the end for us all teamies in Jesus name.

Same here. Anytime I buy or get catfish; I settle down with just the head; I don't enjoy eating other parts. My DH always finds it weird.

I saw MNDE18's mention and I think s/he gave the perfect solution!

Sorry about that ma'am. Next time use almost the lowest degree of heat; that way it cooks well.
Also taste your marinade spice before mixing in. I add honey or ginger if it's too salty.
You'll definitely get better in doing it.

Finally done....
Didn't like it much....
I over salted it.
Didn't taste as cooked as I like it to be....

Will just chop it up into pieces and use it to cook jollof rice.

Maybe next time I'll get it right
