[Tinubu is one person I respect so much but this oyegun problem is beginning to make me loose some respect for him. Nobody is saying that tinubu isn't a kingmaker. Of course he made so many people what they are today. Some people will forever be grateful to him while some will just thank him and want to move on with their lives. Tinubu is a kind of person that wants you to lick his toes forever just because he believe he made you. A problem he had with fashola, same problem he is having with osinbajo and the same problem he will have with ambode.

There are just so many problems associated with trying to be the overall godfather in a party that housed people like atiku, oyegun, buhari, fashola and even saraki. Every one of them knows were his influences starts and were it ends and this is what tinubu doesn't understand.

Tinubu wants to dictate to everybody and not 'everybody' will tolerate that. And how can you even justify tinubu's recent actions in a party he helped to built? Was tinubu being fair when he commanded oyegun to resign? Is it fair for tinubu to be dictating to everybody? Why won't he allow the party chairman to run the affairs of the party? Maybe you can accuse me of being sentimental if oyegun was a northerner like myself, but fortunately he is not. I'm just against impunity and I will speak out against impunity not minding the tribe or religion of the person in question.
Thou doth protest too much!!! .. So Oyegun isn't a northerner? huh That is news to me. cool ...

All i know is that Oyegun is dancing to some particular tunes and no one is confused about the identity (ies) of his drummer (s)...

Some things i don't belabor in some fora & this is one of such situations, no need... just wait for life/ time to do its magic... I however see right through your motives & acts, keep it up.....

Btw tanko yakassai is one shady character I don't take serious. He was part of shagari's corrupt government. Go and check the man's record, he is anti-buhari and pro-whatever nonsense that comes into his head. Nobody takes people like him any serious btw. [/color]

Tinubu should be the person that should accord respect to the chairman of the party. Who the hell did he think he is? Why will he want to imposed his candidate on the party? Seriously people should stop giving too much importance to tinubu. He NEVER made buhari the president, the north central did. He sat his ass down in Lagos and was ordering the national chairman of the party to resign. To resign on the basics of what?

If tinubu doesn't respect himself by stop meddling too much in the chairman's business, believe you me, whatever disgrace he gets, he asked for it. And if he is not comfortable with how oyegun runs the party, he should go and float a new party.

No body likes people with overbearing attitude. At some point you just get sick and tired of them.

Tinubu is NO hulk Hogan and nobody 'fears' him
Relax, don't burst your carotid artery abeg!!! you calm down nah, shebi nobody "fears him",? Issokay then.. but why then do "they" feel the need to continually keep his name on their lips? huh

As for Pa Oyegun and Jagaban, let the game begin: just lil tidbits..

1. Oyegun and Tinubu were in the class of 1991-1993, it took Tinubu to bring back from obscurity that he's been since then...

2. Tom Ikimi vs Oyegun, Oyegun couldn't have done nothing on his own and you know that for a fact...

3. Pa Oyegun has never won his ward, Tinubu? I won't preach to the choir? smiley

All in all, your reason for adopting your stand is clear as day to see, keep it up.. it's folks like you with this Tanko Yankassai thinking & inflammatory talks that bring in ant infested woods and inflicts cracks on walls that Lizards take advantage of!! cool

If they do not then take action, you can publish on different platforms about it.

You can only deceive yourself. You either stand for the war on corruption or stand against it.

What's dictatorial or tyrannical about arresting judges suspected to possess evidence of corruption?

Did the officers not have legally valid arrest warrants? Yes they did. That eliminates the alleged dictatorship.

Does the constitution prescribe the hour that arrests can be made? No. That eliminates the alleged tyranny.

Now did you know the DSS is constitutionally mandated to handle crimes of sabotage and espionage in Nigeria? That eliminates the obvious ignorance.

Peculiar problems beget peculiar solutions.

This country is in deep sh!t Mo' . . . imagine these old men of supposed repute. The sad thing about all this is, this is just the tip of the iceberg . . . I'm glad we're nipping this from the bud.

Remember those agents that stole hundreds of millions from Saraki? Remember they said Saraki bribes some of them judges with up to 500m . . . if the prosecutor is good, they should strike a bargain with them judges to lead them to their financiers: the bankers, politicians, and other corrupt elements.

The sickening thing is, how some wretched low lives whose lives have been decimated by the same corrupt individuals, will come here and play 'devil's advocate' for people literally swimming in billions. How they think they've got better intel than the DSS beats me.

How they think any sane/insane individual or body will ever make a move against supreme court justices without proper homework eludes me the more -- even Abacha didn't dare.

There is no evidence to prove those judges are corrupt.Even when a judge misbehaves the proper thing to do is to go through the NJC
You forgot to add zoo, and in the jungle there are no rules, survival is the main thing and Pa Chuks, Nigeria must survive by any means necessary!! cool cool

Why do you lots bastardize every expression you latch on to? Why? Rule of law, right? But where was rule of law when a judge collected 200m bribe and the NJC only retired him with "full benefits" and only mandated him to return the money in instalments?

I felt such resentment. I thought: are books really that unimportant to you?
Ngo ha ha cheesy, why feel resentment? of course baddie bee put you on, common nah, you think anyone but bookish people were checking for you? Really? People who read aren't many, even on NL, anything beyond 5 paragraphs, na summary we go hear.

Ngozi though a brilliant literati is unwise in the ways of the world, only folks who read deep books and some Nigerians know about her, but Beyonce is one of those one name powerhouses that their brands are part of the fabric of pop culture... whose persona has a life of its own! You hear "bootylicious" you think of Bey, "woke up like this", Bey gives traction to people and causes and no one should be resentful, it is what it is.

Mention Ngozi anywhere, (even in Naija,) you will be required to add her surname and some still will need to hear writer and book title to arrive at the obvious conclusion....

Quick survey: How many people here jave read just one of her books? How many people can hum a tune or two of one of Beyonce's songs without even knowing the song title?

“There is no immunity conferred on judges, we are only duty bound to protect the court because it is a sacred place, a temple of justice. Once you have issues, you go to court but immediately a judge is outside the court, he or she is like you and me.
The judiciary is supposed to be a beacon of hope but in this nation it is a bearer of hell!!!

Corrupt Judges are like madmen with lighters in a tank farm, if they aren't restrained, their penchant for evil will destroy any great nation!

they foolishly appended their signatures or used their pictures, something that gave them out. “From what we have found out, some of the suspects acted foolishly in committing the offence because they cannot prove that even if their children were to earn N1 million monthly since they were born till date, none of them can accumulate the amount of money we have traced to their accounts and the type of property they have.
