babs2011:Jillian is on hiatus, i need to drop a bit for effwctive bodyweight regime, don't want skeletal issues. Today I put my money where my mouth is & did 25 mins of slow run +brisk walk, its not a play play sontin. Hopefully will do 30mins tommorrow!! I have a goal of 6kg by 20th of Dec & sure to regain 2 back cos we are travelling for xmas & won't be able to keep a strict schedule.... |
