2 things to do, cos that's exactly what i did as I'm not about to dash hard earned cash to Black marketers.

1.Do PTA of 4k$ at Fidelity bank.

2.Leave ALL that is left in your stanbic account & use your card for cash withdrawals & POS purchases, my card works on all terminals, never been rejected anywhere but for money order & I was told they could lift the restriction, i just chose to leave it as i have a chase close by that i visit everytime.

Both banks do 199.5.

Privatisation has started since Obj and GEJ continued in the power sector...... nothing new this time.

One will think Buhari will do something different after faulting every move of the ex-govt.

But which telecoms sector is being referred to here, is this different from the already privatized one?

That of solid mineral and energy is a welcome development.

But privatization of health and infrastructure is unacceptable. This is like a govt trying to run away from its responsibility.

How can poor Nigerians pay for medical services when its privatized? A glimpse is the cost of private hospitals compared to the public ones. There is no insurance coverage for the Nigerian masses and privatizing the health sector is like signing a death warrant for the poor Nigerians.

How can a responsible govt privatize infrastructure as a key policy. That means all government roads will be tolled, all infrastructures which were hitherto free will now be concessioned and everything will have to be paid for by masses whose minimum wage is 18K.

Do you have any idea how much people in the west pay for health insurance? How much it costs to see a DR for just a minor complaint?

Do you pay taxes? Do you like the fact that our hospitals have become little more than places where people go to die?

Go & read up about medicaid in the US & the NHS in the UK, & when you are done, do a lil research about what it costs to have your garbage hauled away & be able to park in the streets...

Thanks a million, i did ask for the form A,( did a few years in banking ops, so know a thing or two ) even filled it with my details to then get here & scan the other docs but last minute enquiries, i found out the hospital doesn't take overseas transfers & card transactions., they only do CASH, MGR's CHEQUE & MONEY ORDER..

On the branch thing, i got that from their staff after we asked for PTA,but its great you corrected that.

In the US, cash back is free, they are even happy to do it to avoid paying cash handling fees, @ALDI, they give back as much as 200$, that has been my way out.
