At last,Our Prescribing Doctor OLATUNDE has a brother in Ideology. I say Weldon sir grin grin grin.

P.S: r u also a Doctor?
lexy you are funny, i am not a doctor, make i tell you something, not everyone you see on this thread is jobless, some are even typing from their office desk, for you to say nobody in this thread is earning six digit salary really surprise me, because to your shallow thoughts and reasoning is that if somebody is earning that much money why is he here? Why looking for job? Why join the army? Bro there is what we call passion and dream. Bro some of us u see are contract staff, some work wit NGO, some work wit private firms, some are under pressure, some want that job security but what do i know? because you are just growing up, life is yet to hit and humble you, so continue generalizing calling people names, what is 6digit salary? People resign from private sector where they earn 150k 200k and accepts offers from FG level 7 where they start earning 70-80k but what do i know? Lexy you are just a child, i know a guy earning 223k but he also applied this same dssc. Continue abusing everyone

I am not going to sugar coat anything from you. why is your BP high ?
You haven't even gone through the rigours of training yet and you are getting high BP from ordinary yanshing exercise.

Brothers and sisters ! I know we all love the job but Walahi we need to tell ourselves the truth when our bodies don't agree in accord and this is one of the reasons why these things are put in place.

I certainly don't want my 2LT getting a high blood pressure in the mist of gbedu.

But what do i know, our God is a miracle working God and I wish you all the best.
bros no be so na, i play football league sef amatuer pro, always training, why for international hospital no doctor ever told me i get i bp? Lets be honest army are doing there things the harsh way and most things is to reduce candidate like dis BP issues they disqualify my friend saying he has hepatitis which was not true, we did test together in the same army hospital asokoro abuja, also our form of screening candidate is very outdated, say they wan test you abegi, They dont even conduct any psychological test to see whether if army is your dream or if u have the passion, i love Nigerian army wit all my heart but they are not allowing me to prove it, i want to be a soldier i want to make a difference, many instructors in the field have no strategy and logic in dealing wit this terrorists in northeast. Dis pple shud give us oppurtunity, for your infomation i am working earning 6digit salary but army is where the passion lies, i want to wear camo, i want to be in the field assaulting enemies territory, that course25 taraba was my last chance i gave up bcoz of my age but dis year came out in favour of my age again wic is 32 maximun and i am 31 never knew they will increase the age so i applied. God help me, this is my final chance, i wee kuku accept my fate in peace if anything happens this time around. I no do the soja again' 3 screening o, 1 SSC 2 DSSC. always lucky to be shortlisted my SSC came so close i pass medicals and face board but couldnt make the final list, Dssc i failed medicals 2 times.

Next time go with a mat(the type Muslims use for prayers) and a wrapper to shield yourself from the scorching sun. That's the tactics many Regulars (present terma 1) used to beat the BP issue, some also used BP supressants but I heard they do test for it in SSC.
thanks dude u sabi

We don't get to hear about DSSC selection board interview experience more often on this thread though the same can't be said of SSC as almost all the narrative of the selection process is that of SSC.

Where are the DSSC applicants who have attended DSSC selection interview, come and tell us your experience so we can lean from it and this talk, that in DSSC godfatherism plays a more critical role than SSC. How true is it
baba dssc na for wuna presence korokoro them go they select candidate most esp those wey study courses like mbbs, psychology, nursing, pharmacy, pilots aviations, cyber security but our engineering no follow o, as per godfatherism omo my state 3 candidate name no comot for newspaper naso dey come join us making 28 of us instead of 25, dey are all now officers but sha many guys make am without leg like my close friend

Baba in medical ba, they keep us under the sun for hours before checking our BP which is pure wickedness other screening apart from army, they keep people under AC! that is my greatest nightmare, is wah failed me in dssc taraba course25 2018 and jigawa course24 2016!
Inshort in medical ba
65% is BP/Hypertension issues
BMI 15%
HBV 10%
Sight, flat foot, pile and hernia 7%
Others like HIV, pregancy carry 3%
Guys how can we fight this BP wahala baba imagine like my state that start from letter K i was sitting under sun since 8am na around 3pm they call us for BP check for God sake. Funny when u get back home doctor will say u are okay! Army must trigger something to detect a man.
also ba, no go dey jog for field after credentials screening thinking the following day is medicals baba it raises ur BP

note: Most times some graduate confuse "Statement of result" for a University degree certificate.

Now is ready o i never go get am in ma sch, still going wit dis statement i no fit travel long distance! If i make the final list okay i travel go collect original
