I told you list cannot come out this past weekend, list might be ready but is the budget for the screening ready? Army itself is yet to receive its 2021 budget not to talk of taking responsibility for candidate in screening ground or training sch! So budget must be allocated for this, December also is festive period, nobody will call you to go for screening in the middle of december. List might be out in december but screening has to be new year, maybe first week of January.

But Screening list usually takes time sha...maybe first week of January unless states are going in batches. During our time in Taraba DSSC, it was 4th-18th January 2019! But dis year they went in batches! Cant remember the date.

I don't think this is true bro! that you were even shortlisted for the interview on two occasions is a testament to the fact that getting this job is a function of luck and destiny. Yes, people do lobby for it but believe you me they also have a sizeable slot for merit. For those that haven't been shortlisted before despite meeting all requirements will also believe that you that was shortlisted twice have connections. Just hope and pray for the best if it's yours nothing will stop you many people are getting in w/o knowing anyone. The armed forces to a large extent is one of the few gov't establishment were merit is considered. It's more difficult to get Police, civil defence job or any paramilitary organisation than any of the armed Forces. Reason being that these paramilitary outfit run an opaque recruitment process, the army is even introducing exams this time to make it more open so that those coming for screening will be based on their efforts and not tininitanana.

i understand you fully, but during my time 9 of us from my state face the board, 6 were selected, while the 3 of us were dropped! It came so close...now listen to where corruptions comes in, 6 made to the final list in my state, okay Kaduna state had 11 candidate that made it to training sch. Why? Because NA know about the confusion they have cause, they made the final list based on Zone not per state! Airforce list came out, 5 per state, all state got equal candidate except ABJ which is okay! But NA did us bad; Why sideline us? Why not pick the 9 of us? Imagine say we get leg, i am also not disputing the fact that army screening is a bit more transparent but there is corruption deep down in NA, most esp when it comes to final list, they temper wit it. Also u saying other paramilitary is difficult to get compare to armed forces is totally not true, only ARMY is easy! Airfoce and Navy? Dont even go there! Navy that sometimes pick 3 per state imagine your chances of getting in, compare to police, civil defence abi immigration lol.
Finally, Army introducing exam maynot be really about efforts of candidate it may also be because people dont show up for screening after selecting them, They might try to test your mindset! Like are you in for this game or not?

Baba me dey sad....was shortlisted but this is the first time i was so careless not to print my photocard and others becoz my hopes were short after not shortlisted last year for IB, was in Jigawa in 2016, was in Taraba 2018 all for DSSC screening, i was not shortlisted for Ibadan last year. I think this should be my last try, guyz how do i print this stuff? My page is blank!
Secondly, abeg those of you wit leg should help us this time around, i failed medicals in Jigawa 2016 screening, they said i have flat foot while in taraba i passed everything and face the board but my name never showed up in the final list! we are just less privilege being substituted for others! This is even the first time we are writing exam before screening. Candidate do write exam in the screening process, thats immediately after medicals for screening ground, but this time around there are changes. My people How man go take pass this time around?

Hello everyone, i am really disturbed and worried, couldn’t eat well dis past few days! To be precise, My story here is I have hepatitis virus in me! My wedding is December!
I have a friend who regularly donate blood in the teaching hospital to the extend that they gave him a donor card, this last week i was like bro lets go together i felt like donating for the first time in my life, how sad my blood screen out that i have HBV....since its a teaching hospital, they advice me to go to GOPD open file and see a doctor. I did, met wit the doctor he ordered me to run another test for HBV, two sample were taken, HBV came out reactive the other HBVe came out non reactive, so doctor ask me to run another liver function test and go for scanning, i did all that i submit everything to him. So he said my liver is fine, including my kidney, just that i am a carrier, that my virus is not increasing/multiplying, i say doctor write drugs for me so i can go and start treating myself atleast i figure this thing out....doctor said in my case drug is not needed for me, that i should be checking back to the hospital after every 3months for another blood test so as to make sure that my liver is not affected in any way. I am just so dead, no drugs nothing nothing, is like mine is permanent, lifetime...becoz he doesnt wanna tell me so that i will not panic, i got my HBV from either one of my parents, at birth or wen i was young, Mine is that i never had symptoms my entire adult life. Im 28yrs. And he also advices me not to use any form of herbal traditional medicine. I say doctor i am getting married december, he said i should bring my wife for vaccine shot after informing her.
I am just so depressed...how can these be in my body, no itching, no sickness, i play football and jog always! How? Sportman. The doctor was nice but coming back after 3/6months with no medications just for check up please people i want to get rid of it out of my blood. Please! I need help.

You cannot run anything until medical has been confirmed, you have to be medically fit before una run race, so that u no go die

In hepatatis B test, does "Non Reactive" gets you disqualified?

Non reactive cannot get you disqualified but reactive will sent you packing, nonreactive means Negative while reactive means positive, when its negative(non-reactive) it means you dont have hepatitis virus in your blood, you can go for vaccine to prevent you from contacting the virus else where.
But as a graduate you should know what non reactive stands for in a blood test, even you ain't a science student.

Screening no dey reach that 2weeks gan gan, immediately after medicals it is coming to an end, if ur state dey lucky to face board early sef una go dey free to travel back home and wait for final list

Please if ur name show for list and u are not going can u please stop posting it to this group, it pisses me off not only me, there are many others like me who no make the list! Una dey say I will not go because of yen yen yen yen. If the reason is best known to you why dont you just keep it to yasef we are not interested in hearing you saying i am not going for the screening because l later changed my mind abegi, Army shortlist you because they think u are passionate about the job u applied, they dont know who is who.

Also anoda one saying his is not going because of gaurantor abegi start packing nobody will chase you out because of gurantor just get any other person like DPO of ur area make him sign for u when you make the final list then you go dey reason to get genuine serving ACP or LTC + ur LG sec or chairman, those referee that u are even submitting to ur state leader, he will pack everything join together go submit, nothing like verification. Final list is the most important, that is where u get ur things for real. Make nobody discourage you, army dey wave many many things for screening, refree, school letter of attestations and some minor minor because they know u travel long distance.
SEE JUST PACK AND GO NO BE SAY NA DIE, DSSC IN PARTICULAR SCREENING NO HARD, VERY FLEXIBLE NO MUCH STRESS. I was in both ssc and dssc screening nothing to fear!

My state last screening in taraba, we have our whatsap group chat course24, those of us who didnt make it to final list applied again but do you know what? None of our names came out in this present list even after the increment in number of applicant from 25 to 36! We are like 16 in number, baba does that mean army have our database and decides to sideline all of us or we all hapen not to be among the lucky selected ones? Right now we are discussing dis in our group chat! Is like army want new faces to try go for the screening which is not bad but giving us another chance to try again no bad na!

The thing about army medicals be say, army fit say u get something for your body, u go be like let me confirm here for their clinic they go say No, go to your village and see a doctor, before u go house confirm your status for another private or govt hospital baba screening don finish and final list for don nearly comot hahahahahaha guys abeg make una no vex the way i dey stress on this medical matter, aswear u need grace of God and long leg. I remember when i came back home, doctor thouroughly check on me o. So the doctor was wondering and was like army medics said this to you? I say naso they talk, the doctor smile and say my son they played politics with you, but right now he is giving me a letterhead carrying the hospital name with his office name, number and stamp to take it back to the screening and show them hahahahahaha i laugh i told the doctor i cannot travel back to taraba inshort who will listen?
