Africa, world’s fastest growing emerging market, is home to 55 billionaires, up from a previous estimate of 25, with an average net worth of $2.6bn, the new research says.

The price of oil, which topped $100 a barrel this year, up from $20 a barrel in early 2000, is adjudged to be at the root of this new crop of African billionaires.

A meeting between the seven governors of the new Peoples Democratic Party faction, and members of the House of Representatives has ended after fighting broke out.

Fighting broke out in the House of Representatives on Tuesday, disrupting the visit of the Alhaji Kawu Baraje-led faction of the Peoples Democratic Party to the federal lawmakers

Baraje had arrived at the House in company with the seven aggrieved governors, who are members of the ‘new PDP.’

The governors were Aliyu Wamakko (Sokoto); Babangida Aliyu (Niger); Rabiu Kwankwaso (Kano); Romiti Amaechi (Rivers)

AS part of its desire to attract foreign prospectors into its oil and gas industry, Kenyan authority has reportedly offered its 46 newly-discovered oil blocks to interested Nigerians to prospect for the development of the sector.

Nigeria’s Minister of Petroleum Resources, Diezani Alison-Madueke, disclosed to reporters that the offer of the oil wells was parts of the outcome of the dialogue group preceding the Nigeria-Kenya Investment Forum held on Friday in Nairobi, the capital of Kenya.

Alison-Madueke was on the entourage of President Goodluck Jonathan who concluded a three-day state visit to Kenya on Saturday with host President, Uhuru Kenyatta, presiding over the Forum.

Let Me Now Come in.

As some one who runs websites, I regularly check the functionality of my sites,
by using different means like Laptops, Tablets and Phones.

I've used different browsers too, just to see how my sites appear on different
Devices and Platforms.

I can boldly tell you that the TECNO Mobile you used to know, is different
and Way Better than the TECNO of Today.

The 'TECNO Phantom A Plus' (Mobile Phone) and the 'TECNO Phantom Pad' (Tablet PC),
are not only beautiful devices or gadgets, but working better than Phones and
Tablets on the high end level of most brands you know.

These TECNO guys are doing a great job, and do not really need a memo or endorsement
to carry out their vision and mission.

Maybe, some people don't know exactly where the mobile market is going, so they just
talk because others are talking, or maybe because talk is cheap.

It will surprise you, as it surprised me, to see how people (including Pros)
are really Switching to TECNO Devices.

It is true that GSMArena does not have TECNO on their website for now, but that those
not stop them (TECNO) from being one of the most sought after Android Phones in
the African and Some Good Asian Market.

My Point is, while people are still closing their eyes and looking at big names, the
emerging market (brands) is taking the bulk amount of sales, with brilliant technology.

BMW has revealed its first all-electric car, saying it plans to clinch a significant share of a market still in its infancy.

Launching its BMW i3 model, the German group compared the prospects of the electric car market to the technical revolution of the mobile telephone, but declined to give any sales or production targets.

“What the mobile phone did for communication, electric mobility will do for individual mobility,” chief executive Norbert Reithofer said as the car debuted in London, Beijing and New York.
