You can't tell your brother obviously, it would only lead to break
up..but it won't change her feelings towards you..break up will only
strengthen her..besides your brother won't believe easily.

You can't keep sleeping with her..also cos if your brother gets to know,

Your family, the way you described it seems filled with luv and joy,
especially between you and ur brother, don't sacrifice it for
