I love this initiative from GEJ. That's what we are advocating, govt does not have to provide everything but should formulate good policies which will enable investors to invest confidently and thereby improve our economy. It's a great step though i do criticize him sometimes.

@Ab1X, Robonski15,excellesior & co, pls, i am looking at possibility of combining concrete and earthen pond. How possible do u think it will be? I mean building concrete walls to separate the ponds in a marshy area to avoid occasional falls and wash away by heavy water movement. The floor will not be cemented so as to allow for natural flow of water.
