tit: Yes now!
That an APC chieftain was caught with 500,000 fake ballots does not mean you should lie against INEC.
Another Rabid PDP.
So Tuns Farm Owner is no more a PDP member? BTW, he's not even arrested. Try again.

No INEC sensitive materials are in Osun now.
Insinuating that low level officials are already handling "sensitive materials" is moronic.
Mumu just woke up since yesterday. Oponu, Ode, dindinrin. So you didnt hear the news that they ve started moving them from CBN Osogbo since yesterday.

This thread is a shame to the jobless pay per post OP.

When Asari beats the drum of war in his statements about if GEJ loses, PDP boys celebrated him, but when such statement comes from somebody else, they 'll cry foul. Pathetic.

You people just like opening provocative threads.
Why the obsession with Yoruba, APC and Tinubu?
Why not mind your own leaders?
They thought they are protecting GEJ by insulting the SWest. Not knowing that Yorubas are the only realistic tribe in this country, we praise who do it well while we criticise anyone that appears quarter-baked in delivering irrespective of Party, tribe or affiliations.. SWest criticised OBJ mostly during his tenure.

PoliticsRe: Oyinlola's Day Of Shame! How Are The Mighty Fallen! (pix) by mogentle(m): 8:34am On Aug 06, 2014
femimike1: The most pitiable speaker at today's rally was not the skelewu dancer, it is Prince Olagunsoye Oyinlola. He seems to have forgotten what royalty means and the responsibility the title 'Prince' confers on him. He has also forgotten the distinction of military training, where integrity and loyalty to troop is at its most valued! What a shame........

.............
Oyinlola wrote a new biography of his political life presenting himself as a disloyal, vengeful and ungrateful person. He wrote into the annals of history that he lacks integrity and the forbearance that leadership requires. A previously enviable political career dashed on the waves of misplaced vengeance against his party and that of his benefactor, Senator Iyiola Omisore. He has chosen to co-habit with people that hated him and wanted to ruin him politically. He even went ahead to admit that Osun people voted for Aregbesola against him.

What a pitiable shame!
That pitiable shame is not to Oyinlola but to you the OP who refused to believe that politics is about INTEREST which goes beyond individuals. Your post lacks cohesion, no source, no traceability whatsoever. Get a life bros. What do you expect him to do? to go to Aso Rock and be begging GEJ to implement the abandonned legal paper from court that made him the authentic National Secretary? He has decided to move on in his career. You prefer that he sits down there and become redundant? Impossible. Oyinlola was a former soldier and must have consulted properly before taking step. So, keep cry me a river while Osun is progressing.

9jacrip: I'm not following anyone, I just wanted him to tell where he stands, neither am I in need of making my arguments respectable, like everyone else, we are all airing our views.

You supporting APC doesn't make you any different from those who support PDP. APC is made up of ex.PDP crooks and to think APC accepts them with open arms and blurs their past atrocities even makes it nauseating.
I wonder why people are just questioning why APC was accepting people from PDP, go round the world and tell me where people are rejected from joining any party. People make party anywhere anytime, it's just that you have to be ready to switch your ideology to that of the party(good or bad) and if you are not satisfied, you quit e.g FFK.
I repeat I don't belong to any party but I am not wishing SWest back in the hand of tested and failed PDP. I prefer APC programme day and night, apology to nobody. If they mess up tomorrow, I'll be the first to condemn them, no allegiance to any party.
PoliticsRe: Why my town Ikire,Irewole Local Gov. people 'll Vote Aregbesola For 2nd Term. by mogentle(m): 3:21pm On Aug 05, 2014
9jacrip: Nice analogy with succinct explanation.
ACN gave every hope, they had the momentum, the plans/blueprint and brilliant minds. The merger forming APC has bern a distraction and image denting for them, the party should have remained ACN.

Ever since they merged, the Awolowo style of government/regional cohesion is no longer talked about - everything has gone to the dogs.

What APC is right now is nothing short of a replica of PDP slowly but steadily taking form.
Old ACN is still the same APC. If APC is not good, nothing can make me to choose PDP over them. The party is been spoilt by the people that do not want opposition to survive. They have a coordinated programme that can bail SWest out of long years of suffering under PDP. You all want everything to change by magic under Aregbe, this shows that PDP did nothing during their time. I rate them by what i see.

Following @anomini will never make your argument respectable. You'd better beware of that troll. You are wiser without that PDP.

I am from Osun though I was in my home town Ilesa once for a friends wedding.

We keep saying these people in Ekiti are right to choose stomach infrastructure, is survival the ultimate, what about the future.

I prefer APC government for all south west states because we must and should make sacrifices for tomorrow. We should start building those roads, bridges, airports, rail and other major infrastructure now or tomorrow our kids will ask us why we could not sacrifice for them.

PDP is the worst thing that has happened to the south west. I almost wept when listening to Fayemi speech after the election in Ekiti. The man was not sad he lost the election, he was sad his people will choose what they will eat today over their tomorrow.

Awolowo will turn in his grave seeing what the Ekiti people did.

And does everyone dig boreholes or wells in Germany to have water or the government provides TAP water?

Who are you asking those silly questions?
And can we move near such target with your style of Amala Politics and Stomach Infrastucture? Go and ask PDP that has been ruling Nigeria all these while. Ask them why our governors are still using the meagre allocations to construct FG roads all beacause of neglect. Even during PDP days as governor in Osun, no single federal roads was done. So, how can you now convince people to return to their vomit. Disgusting.
PoliticsRe: Why my town Ikire,Irewole Local Gov. people 'll Vote Aregbesola For 2nd Term. by mogentle(m): 1:19pm On Aug 05, 2014
anonimi: This is not about Oyinlola, who is now with APC, bringing FG projects to Osun.
It is about the performance of Aregberascal and whether he has done well enough based on the allocations he received on behalf of the people and the IGR he raised from our people.

The OP is yet to answer my questions about Ayedaade and TAP water provision in Ikire. Maybe you can help him respond.
Keep digressing. No matter what, go and check the history, no state has ever/ is enjoying tap water flow like Osun. I dont know the issue you are having with that in Ikire but I believe the solution will surface if the report gets to the authority. So don't use that as anti campaign point.

Also....STOP WASTING COLOUR now. We dont lack Vitamin A grin grin grin
PoliticsRe: Why my town Ikire,Irewole Local Gov. people 'll Vote Aregbesola For 2nd Term. by mogentle(m): 1:10pm On Aug 05, 2014
9jacrip: Good, thank you for being openly honest; I needed to know if you were directly a stake holder in Osun before engaging you so as not to waste my time with someone who has been ingrained to attempt to taunt their supposed enemy - the Yoruba at any given opportunity.

Now please do us both the favour of reading the bolded part of your post and reading through my posts earlier then tell me what differences contained there in.

Lastly, most of those roads, although welcomed but should not be rushed and put above the welfarism and empowerement of the residents. Rather, it should be paced at complementing the social growth of the populace. The roads the OP cited are of not much use(s) other than for bikemen and loggers, giving the streets sane appearance but not many of these locals in Ikire wake up to jobs except usual meager businesses - graduates at that. Everyone of them have resorted to politics as a means of eating - Aregbe should woo investors, create the jobs then slowly do the entire roads (with major roads done already) you will be surprised not much will be done with the second term other than usual embezzlement.
Aregbe may not be the total best for now, but I believe Omisore can never do anything better than him, forget all these their federal ''gragra''.
I still believe he can adjust and do better, change is never achieved in a day. I was in some cities in Germany and I saw the kind of roads they had all over their cities, then I began to wonder when we will start rebuilding to get lasting structures. Come over to Ogun State and see roads constructed by OGD just about 4 years ago(e.g Sabo Market-GRA Road, Sagamu), you will never believe that road had ever been constructed there in about 20years ago. That is why I still love the costly but durable and long lasting roads by APC.
A road at Kola Balogun, CREPA Road beside St. Mark's opposite Presidential Hotel is an example, it was furnished with laterite before the asphalt overlay, such road will last long. You dont expect such road to have same cost with those PDP roads in which asphalt is placed directly on a muddy or clay soil. I'm not partisan but a pure analyst who compares and contrast on a plain mind basis.

9jacrip: Nice!
Now we are on the same page which should be the case with any well meaning Yoruba/Osun indegene.

The roads are rightly going to open Osun up as you've rightly stated but these roads are rushed. Take for example: the roads the OP listed to have been constructed in Ikire are mostly plied by bike-men and logger trucks. They do not lead anywhere necessary and this is why I said the construction of roads should be slow paced and selective.

Aregbe has honestly put a cart before the horse and the bridge @ Gbogan junction is unnecessary and it seems he intentionally left it untouched for a while now (many other untouched sites as such) in order to coerce people to vote him to be able to continue/finish them.

It is crazy!
May God continue to bless our State.

9jacrip: Bro, I am sorry for labeling you Ibo but it seems they are much more bothered about SWest politics than that of theirs.

Infrastructure is indeed needed, I commend Aregbe but there are some states, Osun inclusive that infrastructural developments need not be rushed, they should move at a pace complementing the economic growth.

So much roads in Osun to only make NURTW thrive, they do not lead to any comapny(ies) industry(ies) whatsoever. With how electricity is constant in Osogbo and Ife, one would expect Aregbe or any reasonable governor to see to wooing coys, industries and plants to Osun giving them electricity as incentive and massive land(s) to erect their structures or explore, this will boost employment rather than the useless Oyes bullsh!t that leaves people mentally redundant. Employment booms, capital grows, more IGR for govt, then roads will begin to surface.

Na coal tar residents go chop?
Truly, you have good mind and your aspiration/desire is cool. But I believe in one after the other. Yes, i dont support non payment of salaries and other denials, but we also need to properly interconnect our towns and cities in order to encourage the investors to troop into our state. It's one of the tactics by many now developed foreign countries. Imagine that road Osogbo-Ikirun-Ila Odo under construction, that project is costly but imagine the advantage. It has opened that zone for any kind of industrial growth to join the likes of Tuns Farm, Steel Rolling Mills, and NMT(Nig Machine Tools). I expected such road to have been dualized by FG PDP since Oyinlola mainstream politics days. Opposition party pays off in state like Osun than the non-rewarding mainstream.

9jacrip: Iwo is a PDP town and to think of the religious brouhaha there, Aregbe is losing Iwo.

Osogbo will be shared.

Ikire, a PDP stronghold in Osun.

I don't know of Ayedire

Ife (Ipetumodu, Ile-Ife, Ifewara, Ifetedo) will support Omisore, this is not to say Aregbe wont try in these places. Modakeke, Aregbe.

Esa Oke, solely for Aregbe.

Ilesa - Aregbe with Omisre bagging some votes. The rest of Ijesaland will be shared around but I see Aregbe having upper hand.

Okuku Oyinlola's town and the whole of Odo Otin entirely are all PDP strong holds.

The rest of Osun goes to PDP.

9jacrip: As if S/east itself is developing. You better troop back to the SEast and focus on what is happening there rather than kill yourself over SWest that you have no stake in whatsoever.

Call it stomach structure or whatever suits you but the fact remains, all over Nigeria, withholding salaries, non payment of pensions, outsourcing state contracts, meager payments to youths all in the name of empowerment etc over infrastructural development will never sit well with any people(s) of any region of Nigeria and that is the case with Aregbe, finito!

Simple logic, survival and well-being before progress.
Hey, guy, did you read my post@all? I am a pure Yoruba-bred. My post was a response to the bolded part of the quoted. That is my opinion and i have no regret for supporting the infrastructural development in SW by the APC. No pain, no gain. People will always cry fowl whichever way.
