~What i don't get is why Some African men especially let their Ego take precedence & get the best of them !! In the process,they loose focus of working together as a Unit & put more emphasis on who earns the bigger paycheck!!

because her going around for solutions has only negatively branded her! Upon all this the solution
doesnt seem to be coming.

~Is she going to the right people for help tho?!!
~Are you in any way supporting her to find the cause of her problem?

~In any case there's always alarm clocks to help till she finds out what causes it!Its clearly a problem that requires medical evaluation!

Any underlying factors affecting your r/s that you may not be aware of?

~What made you suspicious of her cheating to take the actions you did?
~What made you use The Ex as Bait?
~Do you think given you posed as someone else she would have done the same thing?

~From what you'd said,i suspect your mrs was about to ignite a sexual affair rather than an emotional affair!!-She already put herself in the position to cheat!! - one that you made very clear to her!! She had time to reflect how this affects her family . . she opted for the delibrate act of deception & was caught!!

~Bottom line is If you think you can Trust [/b]her again then its your decision where you r/s is headed! can't say its going to be easy establishing that again but its not Totally Impossible,i suppose if she still values your marraige & family,she'll spend forever trying to make it up to you!!

~Before you make any decisions tho,try bring all doubts to the table,[b]Communication is Key in a ny r/s!!

~Only way i learned how to cope is by keeping the memories of that loved one alive!! Remember them for what they were . . .you do cry some,feel like there's nothing worth living for . . .you'll have a moment that will remind you of that individual,something will trigger off a memory . . . .take one day at a time!

~Appreciate every passing Emotion of life & Pray for the pain to ease over the years!! Its aint easy but hey . . .Its a pain we all have to dael w/ as death is Inevitable!!

~Indie Music is one of those genre that i'll listen to if its on radio/telly . . i'll take a liking to a couple/some of the songs but not enough to buy the album tho grin

Doubt i know the names of some of the artists or songs but if it comes on i'll be like"i like that song"

~I plan on realising at least one Country off My[i] Africa, Asia,South America ,Europe & Middle East [/i] Dream destinations from my List . . . .it is as long as my arm tho so dont know for sure which ones i will be doing as the year progresses!! undecided

Would love to revisit some of my fav destinations too,between new destinations & old ones,Bank holiday weekends,half term breaks,Summer hols . . .i plan on making the most of my list & fit in as many as my schdule will allow!!. . {not in any particular order} but i'd love to do these ones before the end of the year God willing!
