~These are home remedies,I'm not aware of any Creams for you to use. . hope one helps,if it does let us know ![]() Using Almond Oil Almond oil as we know is an excellent natural emollient and its fine texture and moisturizing properties is perfect for any skin type. Ayurvedic practitioners love Almond oil and they have been using this oil for dark circles. Almond oil is readily available from health and aromatherapy stores as it's commonly used as a carrier oil. Carefully rubbing a little in to the skin around your eyes each morning and night should leave the skin softer and more supple. Using Tomato and Lemon Tomato is rich in Vitamin A, C and Iron, whereas lemon can act as "natural bleach". By combining the two ingredients, you will notice the dark circle will lightens after a few days of treatment. To conjure this mixture, take one teaspoon fresh tomato juice. Add to it 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice and a little less than a teaspoon of gram flour. Mix all these thoroughly to make a smooth paste. Apply this paste on the dark circles around the eyes and leave for about 10 minutes. Before it becomes too dry, start removing by rubbing very gently with your fingers. Later, wash your face. This application is recommended once daily. More quantity of the ingredients can be taken in the proportion specified to have sufficient amount to apply on the whole face. |
~Are You aware your Lifestyle Choice cud be one of the factors that attributes to Dark Circles around your eyes. . . Drink Plenty of water & try to get a good nights sleep. .~I hear cucumber Juice is good! Using Cucumber Juice Cucumber has cooling and astringent properties that are very good for tired eyes. This remedy is a "quick-fix" to any eyes woes. Squeeze the juice from a cucumber and cool it in the refrigerator for an hour or so. Add a little lemon juice. Make cotton pads and dip into the mixture. Place on your eyes for 15 minutes. The effect is cooling and relaxes your eyes. Make sure to wash the area thoroughly afterwards and apply a little almond oil around the eyes to moisturize the area. Using Grated Potato Another effective home remedy is peeled and grated potatoes. Firstly, grate the potato, wrap it in thin cloth and place it over the eyes. Use this overnight at least three times a week. Make sure to wash the area thoroughly and apply a little cream or oil around the eyes to moisturize the area. Using Metal Spoons This is one of the most effective "Old Wives Tales" that don't need much effort. ![]() Cool a metal spoon under the cold tap for a few minutes, dry off the water and hold the spoon to your eyes for at least sixty seconds. Be gentle; don't press too hard. |

Tips On Reusing Old Toothbrushes~ •Use the toothbrush in your bathroom to clean the grotty build-up around faucets (taps) and in between tile grouting. •It is also useful around light fittings in the bathroom where the steam and paint meet to form congealed, sticky growths. •Use them for cleaning around the kitchen sink, including the faucets (taps) and the special sealant around the edge of the sink that prevents water leaking through. •Old toothbrushes are useful for cleaning tools, removing small oil/grease marks off tools/benches, etc. •If you dread that once a year external window cleaning, include a toothbrush as part of the cleaning kit. It is great for corners of panes, the runner edges of windows and any other gaps where dirt gathers in windows. •Clean electronics: Old toothbrushes can be used to desolder electronic components if you don't have a solder "sucker". Using a soldering iron, just heat the solder joint you want to remove the solder from and then, as quickly as you can, use the toothbrush to brush the solder out of the joint and away from the component. Be sure to remove any and all of the solder you have brushed out from where it splashes in the surrounding circuit area or you can use a cloth or paper to cover the area in the direction you plan to brush the solder to act as a shield. This desoldering method works surprisingly well and you can get quite a few uses from the toothbrush before you you have to replace it due to melted bristles. •Toothbrushes can also be useful scrubbing brushes for the dirt on potatoes and pumpkins. •Also consider using a toothbrush to clean your keyboard and monitor. Avoid using toothbrush on LCD and other flat panel monitors as the stiff bristles will scratch the surface. •In warm soapy water, clean between your fork tines before general cutlery washing. •Toothbrushes are excellent for cleaning silver; they get into the crevices where nothing else can go. •Clean mud off the bottoms of shoes. Better yet, use a toothbrush to clean any poop you might've stepped on, because you can throw it away immediately afterwards (and it'll have served a good life). •Clean mobility scooter wheels. •Bicycle chains. •Jewelry - Use an old toothbrush and cheap toothpaste to polish your jewelry. Toothpaste is abrasive enough to clean and shine gold and silver very nicely. •Inside threads of baby bottles. •Battery terminals in a car. •Clean your nails after gardening. •Clean the cheese grater. •Spot-clean laundry, upholstery, carpet. •Can opener: Use the toothbrush to clean off any build-up around the blade. •Electric razors. •Before vacuuming, use a toothbrush to get accumulated dust from the corners of carpeted steps. •Use an old toothbrush when polishing shoes to get the polish or edge dressing completely around the sole where it joins the leather of the shoe. •Toothbrushes also can be used to clean dust from air conditioners without injuring your fingers. |
